Leigh, that is an adorable picture and a ridiculously cute story. Why doesn't my kid say cute things like that?
Jackie- I don't think I've offered any sympathy you way yet- so sorry for what you're going through!! I can't imagine. I hope that, like so many people said, it comes down to some silly lab mess up. Hope your beta numbers come back soon!!!
No baby-wearing for us... Not til Saturday when it will be necessary. Have you all seen the article going around about the family with the tantruming 2year old that got kicked off a plane?? Its on the debate board now. I really hope Beni takes this whole traveling for 24 hours just with mom in stride!!!

Ridiculously adorable story, Leigh. It appears that Addy is really picking up on this month's theme at daycare.
Flying along with a toddler is intimidating but really its not all that bad if you come prepared. If you're the sort of parent who will let your kid scream for hours on end then I imagine flying might be stressful for the people around you. Since I know that neither of you are that sort of parent then I have no doubt that it'll go well. It'll probably be stressful at times and you'll be exhausted by the end of it but you'll make it through unscathed. Bring several new "blinky-bloopy" toys (as well call the annoying electronic toys) and your little ladies will be in heaven. Leigh, I'd let you borrown T's blinky-bloopy toys but then I'd have nothing to distract her in the car with.
I feel like such a slacker. I haven't done any BWing in a few weeks. We've been working hard on the backyard the past few weekends and T has come to really enjoy pushing her little red wagon (or riding in it) on our evening walks. Maybe this weekend at the Farmer's Market.
I wrapped up DS for a catnap when I went to change my insurance over so I never, ever have to deal with this base clinic again if I don't want to! (Aiden's head is rest on the other ruck strap, it's not actually as slumped as it looks lol)

And yes, my beta came back as me being very pregnant. Nurse was an idiot. And she's the one who has to see every pregnant lady first before they get referred off base!
Side note: My husband is getting really great at volunteering to take BWing pics for me when he's out with us! lol
Super cute pic, Jackie! Dare I say you've got preggo glow? Looks like a gorgeous day today. We've finally got our nice weather back today!
Thank goodness!!! I had a feeling...with my two early m/cs, the lines were very faint. Dark, immediate lines are not to be ignoredPoor pg ladies getting freaked out by this woman...so glad you don't have to deal with her anymore!!!
Adorable BW pics. My DH is so bad about taking pics (he was a photography major in college...!??!) I'm in almost no photos unless we're with other people.![]()
leigh that's a cute pic!! tfs! such a great zoo day!
mara that airline was out of line in my opinion! if it was truly 5 min tantrum, i flew last year and had a 20 min delay for someone with a history of heart issues, didn't tell the airline that and then had a palpitation before take off, they got to stay and we flew with them on board. then again west jet is ppl plane so they're more lenient. good luck, mini magna doodle

ours is pink! saved the day by far!
haha love 'blinky-bloopy' toys! we ended up with backyardigans on my cell phone in airplane mode!
jackie great pics! boo nurse, yay dh!! mines getting good at knowing what to do for adjustments (hat, glasses, shirt down, straps just right) without asking! NO MORE meanie nurses!
wonderful trip to the pool and back again today, past out on the way home, i'm loving the hood for that! need to go out again later today, dh offered to carry all the heavy bags and let me get my 'workout' in instead of carrying her, but at least he acknowledged it as an option! he knows it's my exercise right now though! even got her into bed, rolled out of the ergo and back to sleep as soon as we got home!
Great picture and story Leigh!
YAY Jackie!!!! Great news! Idiot nurse!!!!!!
DH is taking tomorrow off and we're headed to the playground. I'll try to remember to get him to take a picture of Olivia in the O&A.

Just a little wear in the bubbalugga tonight because Ronin had a hissy fit while I was trying to do dinner and the ring sling and mei tei were down in the car. I have a big baby wearing day on Sunday though, we are going to a big market day for a festival my town has so even though we are taking the pram I will also have the mei tei (it's been insanely hot since the rain) as I have to be there for an event for Guides but they haven't published what time that is or told the competitors either so I basically have to be there from the start until the parade, which is likely to run into Ronin's sleep time. I will be the baby wearing scarecrow.
