Thread: What did you do today while BWing?

Woo hoo!
No BWing here either. I spent most of the day curled up on the couch.

LONG couple days of full blown terrible twos, not much wearing unfortunately the weather has been garbage. might wear today to go pick up dh!!

No baby wearing the last few days, that would be risking getting peed on as I am trying to have Ronin in jocks most of the time when we are home, but I do have a picture from a little while ago when we took him to the pool.


I know the rings are too low but I had been getting ready to take it off whem hubby took the picture

no wearing today. Probably none tomorrow b/c I'm feeling sick. Unless something changes for the better overnight, I think I'm canceling our plans for tomorrow which would of had us BWing. *sigh*

Great pic! I've been super sick with strep, so no BW the past couple of days (although on Saturday before I realized how sick I was and it got totally terrible, I needed something to entertain her while DH was busy that was low energy for me, so I did wear her to the zoo and just mainly follow her around.) On the mend now, THANK GOODNESS.

No BWing for me recently... I also had a stomach bug on the weekend, which seemed to only last the one day. I puked twice on Sunday, and then just took it easy. All of a sudden today I feel sick again. Not cool. I hope it doesn't start all over.

In happy news, my ring sling came today, and it is very pretty (it's an "oatmeal" color with a white stripe, and has very pretty stitching). It wasn't threaded though, so I have to figure out how to do it well. I'm not good at doing that. I wasn't sure if I chose the right size, but I tried it on badly threaded and it looks like it will fit just fine, so yay!

I'm so glad you're feeling better, Leigh! The Easter Egg Hunt tickets are burning a hole in my virtual pocket and I was starting to worry someone would be too sick to go. Izzy's finally over what he thinks was probably also Strep. Teagan seems to be doing better after a bought with vomiting, congestion, and probably a sore throat. I've just got some mild congestion so hopefully I'm in the clear. At least I'd better be! I'm so excited for this weekend! Teagan picked out her Easter dress and we're going to have a great time on Saturday. Then Sunday morning its Easter toyfest! I really want to try and get out of the city and go for a hike. I need to clear my head! Perhaps some mountain BWing is in order!

I KNOW, I am so excited for that! It's going to be the cutest thing ever. Don't YOU go getting sick now. Addy's got some congestion/runny nose too, but so far that's all she's got so I'm not worrying about it too much unless it morphs into something worse (please no). It's also our anniversary this weekend, so in addition to Easter fun, we are planning a date night. Sickness begone! (You too, Mara! Nothing worse than being sick while pregnant )

Your sling sounds pretty! The Maya threading instructions had you gather it up like pleats to thread it through, so that it would be evenly distributed and not bunchy. I'm sure there's video on this here internet somewhere...

Still no BWing here. Aiden and I are both sick and doing lots of chilling on the couch.

some wearing to get daddy but other than that it's been all about walking! weather is good and she's remembered that she can do over 2 miles in one trek before getting tired! like to have it handy though for close to naps or when i know it'll be a long walk (like daddy) DEF bringing it monday though for her birthday, start swimming at 10 am, party room 11-1 with lunch build a bear, cake and the option of more swimming, wish it was legal to just wear her in the car instead of having to transfer her, we may end up spending the day at west ed just to let her nap on me and not have to move her!
