He really doesn't like the hood up
That front strap is the one I just can't seem to get to the right spot. I will get it eventually I am sure
Looks good Wendy! Aiden can't stand the hood unless he's already asleep, so I wait until he's completely out first. As soon as he wake up, it has to be removed quickly too!
And the chest strap is what you're trying to figure out? Some people like it up higher than others. Some like it really loose since their body/shoulder type works with their carrier (doesn't feel like the straps are going to fall off). Also boobs make a difference since, well, you don't ant them in the way.
oh mara i hope beni is better soon, yay ergo for the win! lol!
wendy that looks great! my poor straps on the ergo are forever changing depending on in jacket, out of jacket with different jackets! i just spent 1/2 hour working them back and forth (watching big bang) to break them in a bit so they are easier to move on the fly, and then it's just practice from there, good luck and YAYAYAY!!! as for the hood, jade took some getting used to it, but now she'll ask for it if she's tired!
swimming was great today! ergo there knocked her out, woke up there, jumped off the edge and kicked up by herself, swam by herself with a pool noodle today!!! no mommy hands on her at all! and then the little bugger stayed awake the whole way home, no ergo magic sleep on the bus, so putting her down sucked i like the ergo sleep magic!
I went grocery shopping today (with DH, of course) and wore DS in a ring sling for the trip. It went great, though I'm a little sore feeling now, but I am only a week past a c/s.
walking like that a week after c/s wtg!
LOL wtg putting herself to sleep, it's a rare dream when jade does that! we started her in the bathtub and then had her in lessons at 4 months old and at least once or twice a year since, plus all the 'family' times we take her and she swims with us for up to 2 hours, those are nice nap days!!
No BWing. Though I think I'm going to finally check out the mall here in a bit, so I'll wear him there. My son has been a little terror (the day started off with him knocking my whole nightstand over and me finding my iPad in an inch of water), so I think the mall is a safe place for him.
nothing today, bug wanted to walk, clocked her at a total of 5 miles yest  it's nice to have the ergo for when she needs a break though, one walk she needed a 4 block rest in 'backpack' then she was ready to go again!
