feeling better after nap so party was a go and we had a blast, after all that all the kids had sniffles so the little sneeze/cough blended right in! got to wear her home, the other parents thought ergo was brilliant! they paid me for the cake! and everytime i walked into the kitchen someone was taking more photos!!!
omg jackie you look soo cute!
Jackie!! Love the belly. I had to laugh about the twins/hands comment...isn't that what BW is for?
I really needed the Ergo tonight because we decided to make cupcakes from scratch (for no reason but fun) today, and DD was being super clingy...but it was out in the truck and I was feeling lazy so I just distracted/carried/distracted/carried her. I really need to bring that in ASAP, though. It was exhausting!
that would be soo tiring, that's when i start letting her pour measurements in, or break out a piece of fondant and let her 'play doh' for the top of some!
OMG just had to share, when your child is potty trained all but bed time and they tell you 'NO mommy i won't fall asleep in backpack. NO princess panty' DON'T LISTEN! got halfway home on the bus when all of a sudden my back got very warm and a sleepy voice whimpers from behind me 'i have to pee… mommy i pee on back… zzzzzzzz' ! lol!!! ergo for the win, the waist padding absorbed it all so no mess on the bus!! otherwise a great day, wore her there and back for swimming lessons!
Thank God the Ergo washes!
Pic from last weekend. I was trying out an EllaRoo woven wrap shorty.
LOL yeah i can see the advertising dept trying to work that into a commercial for it!!!
jackie that looks cute!
wendy ITA front carry is def not happening around here but on the odd time that it's needed, i try to make sure someone else is around to guide my steps!
had a moment this morning, strapped on jade, grabbed the dog and just walked it off! some days i just need to move my feet to get the head cleared out and i can't do that with the two of them any other way! oh and we clipped the cell phone case onto the strap and had tunes along the way today!
Wore Aiden today! Yay! I drove to a nearby city to go to their Walmart (ours is scary and I wanted one of those hard plastic pools you can only find there) and Aldi. Used my new aqua wrap.
Got one weird comment. A guy goes "he needs a seatbelt!" Huh???
I did have a mom in Aldi comment positively about Aiden being wrapped on my back and then finished her thought with "I'm trying to break my 1 month old of wanting to be held." Why?!?! I actually *gasp* recommended a crotch dangler to her because I know that she would only buy a carrier that she could pick up cheap locally. I've seen plenty of infantinos *sigh* for dirt cheap here at Ross and TJ Maxx, which I did tell her about. I figure some babywearing is better than none!
Yes, some is better than none. That is horrifying, though, omg.
