Yay for keeping these babies happy!

I wore Aiden out shopping. We stopped in Pet Smart to show him all the critters there.

Ha, I just discovered PetSmart last week as the best free zoo for babies What a cutie you have there.

Erin and I had a Very Special Episode, double BW day today...I'm too tired to post the photos right now, but I will tomorrow. We went to the Botanical Gardens and saw the Butterfly Magic exhibit, Ergos in full force. The girls were a lot more interested in the fish than the butterflies, funny munchkins. But a good time was had by all!

(Erin, as you guys walked away across the parking lot, Addy started waving madly and saying "Bye-bye! Bye-bye! Tea Tea? Tea Tea? More! MORE! Tea Tea? MORE! ...Bye-bye!" Teagan actually looked back and smiled. It was pretty awesomely adorable.)

    That's great! I can't wait to see a picture!!!
(And yes, petsmart is a great free "zoo" especially on the days when they have puppies there. )

Wore Addy at the (actual) zoo this morning...it was WAY better than the stroller, since she can't see most of the animals from the stroller so it's a constant in/out...she was content to be worn and walk for much longer periods this way, and I was hands free the whole time. Yay! I definitely need to keep working on how to carry all my stuff, though.....it needs a bigger pocket!

Yesterday I wore Ronin at the pool. He hasn't yet got the memo that he doesn't know how to swim so when we left the baby pool for the heated pool and the pool with water slides I popped him in my Taylor Made Ring sling which is designed for the water

Leigh, I got the Ju Ju Be Quick last week and it's working out great for us. I can fit a pocket cloth diaper (or two flats!), my full wallet, my keys, my phone, small thing of wipes, and 2 reusable envirosax in there! I clip it to the carrier and we're good to go. I honestly not sure if I'll carry my purse anymore since while I can't carry everything in the Be Quick I can carry enough. Everything else I used to carry in a purse I threw in a bag in the car so I can get to it if need be (extra wipes, diapers, clothes, etc). It's rare when I really need to keep a bunch of stuff ON me. Most places I can run to the car if emergency strikes.

Wendy, if I went "swimming" more often I'd totally want a water sling!

We don't go often, and it's not something I would have bought myself but I won it. It was a life saver when we moved house when Ronin was 3 months old to a house with no bath tub. He showered with me in the sling for months.

I can't believe I missed the extreme cuteness! We had so much fun. You got some really cute pics too! I swear Teagan said "Addy" (or maybe (Ah-da) when we were looking through them. She was pointing excitedly at her in the pics anyway.

Our Butterfly Magic adventure reminded me of another reason I love the Ergo. Up-downs are quite frequent with a toddler, as we've discussed. The Ergo not only handles up-downs like a champ but it also doesn't look ridiculous when baby is down. Try looking cool in a Moby without a baby. I dare you.

    Great picture! Love it!!!

Erin, try remaining COOL period in a Moby. Any coolness factor (which I'm not sure how much there is of that) would be lost quickly due to the sweat.
That's why I want a shorty wrap if I keep with wrapping. Easier for up-downs and it's easy to pack away or tie like a rebozo and wear like a ring sling.
