Helpful advice to others: Remember to keep what changes you make simple so that they stay long lasting. Doing to much at once to change your bad eating habbits will make it so much harder in the long run to sustain.

Helpful advice to others: Small portions- I have been doing this for the last 2 yrs - i work out occasionally - long hrs at work - have lost 80 lbs this way - i do not deny myself anything - just small enough portion to satisfy my cravings - agree with Jodie in regards to your eating habits - moderate changes so that you keep on track and do not fail yourself.

Poop comes out with baking soda and water followed by soap and water.
Lysol Spray is your best friend when it comes to children.
