Ok... I'll start. My BIGGEST challenge remains making time for "me". I'm so not sure how exactly this will happen but I am going to do my very best to get OUT and REGULARLY (

I have a number of personal goals that I want to hit this year and feel much more confident that I can achieve. I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with you (and definitely can use all the support possible!)

Hi! I am really bad about talking about myself sometimes, so just...Hi! lol. My main goals right now are to get my binge eating under control and to get better about exercising on a regular basis and not just sporadicly. Overall my physical and mental health are better than they've been in years, so I feel like both of these are obtainable goals. Smile

Hi all, I'm really looking forward to this challenge. Smile I guess goal wise I'm mainly looking for weight loss. I spent a lot of time last year increasing my fitness levels as I did a few charity challenges including a 100km walk in 24 hours. Unfortunately I injured myself quite badly part way through and am still suffering with it, so for the last few months I've been unable to train or exercise much. I'd like to get my fitness levels back up to where they were or better and I'd like to lose as close to 60lbs as I can this year... So this challenge is really a motivator for me to get on and do it! LOL

I'm perimenopausal as well so weight loss seems to be the hardest thing for me to do right now, even with eating right and moving more! LOL Here's hoping this kicks my butt into gear!

Hi everyone Smile My biggest two obstacles have been not wanting to give up my favorite comfort foods and convenience-initis (wanting what's convenient). My goals for this challenge are to overcome those two main obstacles and lose at least 6 lbs. My long term goal is to lose the 25 lbs. I gained back (and then some) and finally get to my goal weight. My fitness goals are to run a half marathon this year, and eventually a marathon.

I've already started healthier eating again as of today. I'm following a 5-day Inferno Plan, which I hope will give me just the kick start I need. I'm looking forward to starting this challenge so we can encourage each other and have accountability!

Hi all! I have two goals for this challenge. I'm really good at losing weight. It's keeping it off that I'm not so great at. I need to drop a few pounds this round, hopefully enough that my back quits aching. Then I need to keep those pounds off. I think 10 pounds would be enough although long term I'd like to lose more.

Problem areas:
1. Arthritis causes joint pain and makes exercising difficult
2. Mood swing that I previously moderated with a good run need to be dealt with using alternative methods. The simplest, most effective has been comfort foods, so Mary, I am joining you on watching out for those.

Plans to combat:
1. Have a weekly cook-a-thon that puts meals in the freezer and the fridge in case it's too much to cook some days. We'll still have healthy stuff and no excuse to turn to junk.
2. Try to hit the gym or pool for a low-impact workout twice a week
3. Yelp for help. I will try to be open when I'm having a rough time and let you guys give me a boost.

Looking forward to getting started. Smile

Hi everyone!!! I can't wait to get back on track. Since we've been off our eating healthy and working out, I've gained weight, which is making my legs/back hurt. Plus, I've been having very bad dizzy spells. I'm not sure if it is related to this or not, but it is driving me nuts. It feels like the drunk spins. No matter what way I move my head whether I'm standing, sitting, laying down, bending over, it is all the time. I really have to go to a doctor.

I'm looking forward to losing weight and eating healthy again. I am going to try to make some meals on Saturday for DH to take to lunch

Hi everyone. I have just joined up and am pretty new to the site.

My main goals are my pelvic floor exercises and prenatal pilates - just to kickstart and maintain.

I am 17 week weeks pregnant, pretty out of shape with a BMI of 30. So I need to get going if I want to try and have a natural a birth as possible.

I have been using the pregnancy as an excuse to kick back so I need help getting back on track.

My goal this challenge is to get back into exercising regularly (doing well right now with that) and getting back into counting calories/intermittent fasting. I need to drop about 25 pounds though I'm focusing on 10 pound increments. I have a lot of clothes in my closet I want to fit in again Smile

Hi everyone! I'm really looking forward to getting back on track. I'm working on making smarter food choices, and fitting in exercise. I'm a runner, and with our crappy winter weather it's been tough to get my runs in. So I'm looking for other things I can do in the house. I've got the 30 day Shred dvd, so I need to dust that off!
