Wednesday morning is the big day. Robbie's psychiatrist thinks he is an aspie and does not think he is adhd, the school psychologist who did all the academic testing thinks aspie, DH has just been diagnosed as aspie. The psychiatrist commented that with Robbie talking before walking indicated aspergers on the scale... The kid is super smart but no social skills, he relates better to adults which I think in part is he is so intelligent that he is talking over his peers' heads - he talks over mine all the time!
Anyone want to take bets on the resultsLOL

Didn't they get rid of the aspie dx? Or am I wrong? Either way, that sounds right.

Yeah I do think they redid all the naming and such. But you are probably right nonetheless. He'll most like fall on the spectrum somewhere.

Appointment was this morning and the results are inconclusive. He pretty much falls at the border in a grey area. He is going to go to a social skills class for 20 hours and then if the therapists think he should have more testing then he will. I really liked the doctor we saw and all the information she gave us.
