Default Isaiah's in the hospital (xp)

He went into the hospital on Saturday night because his dystonia got so bad that he was having trouble breathing. This is the 4th time this year that the poor kid has been in the hospital. He had a deep brain stimulator implanted to help with his dystonia, but then he had some complications and an infection and had to have one side removed. Now the remaining stimulator (on the other side) is apparently not working. Additionally, his bowels have not been moving, so his medicine, which is absorbed in the intestine, is not working either. The only way to control his symptoms right now is through IV sedatives. Tomorrow will be spent trying to figure out what is wrong with the stimulator and trying to get it fixed. I am really hoping it's a software problem so that they will not have to open him up to fix it.

What a long road. I hope they can figure things out quickly so he can get some relief.
