Sounds like your body is working towards something! The contrax could be pushing out ''excess vaginal fluid''. I say this because with my 1st pregnancy every time I would have BH I'd feel like I was leaking fluid but they checked and said it was just normal vaginal wetness. Yeah, it was fun calling family and telling them ''no my water didn't break, its just normal vaginal fluid''. LOL. Wouldn't hurt to check with your midwife to be sure though!

I think it is the vaginal wetness thing, or the contractions pushing on my bladder.

Still having them, but still nothing too bad. Every now and then I get one that hurts, but I guess we will see, we are going to go for a walk.

And YAY Maternity leave offically starts now!!! Baby just got picked up and DH is on his way home I am thrilled!!!

You said that you just had to wait for that last kid to get picked up before labor began...maybe your body knows it's OK now. Sounds like it's getting ready, at least. Wouldn't it be nice to find out those contrax have dilated you a whole bunch?!

My BH always make me have to pee. I swear, we need to buy stock in Scott Tissue because I'm going through one of those super-huge economy rolls (1,000 + sheets) every two or three days. Those things used to last weeks around here.

Same here!!! DH keeps asking how on earth I can go through so much toilet paper.... How about the fact that I pee like 20 times a day, LOL???

Katie, I hope those contractions are your body gearing up for the real thing and not just plain ole BH.... It definitely seems like being more mentally prepared would have a good effect.... Here's hoping you go into labor before you know it!

Well still here still preggo! lol. I hope at least they are doing something down there. My belly was hard pretty much the whole walk but since then things have died down. Oh well, I am looking forward to a week without daycare if I dont go into labor! AWESOME! I love the thought of being able to get up and go with the boys whenever I want!

I have my midwife appt tomorrow so if she checks me we'll see if those BH and contractions all day did something. I am afraid to know cause if they didn't UGH thats depressing. LOL

I hope you can see some change, only time will tell Welcome to your time off, it'd be really nice if you got at least a couple days with your boys before you have Emelia. Does your DH get to take some extra time off when she comes?

DH doesnt have PTO. His union just doesn't have it. Irritating, cause if we ever want to take a vacation or something like this we have to save for him to stay home with me, so it doesn't happen much. He may take a day or two off but not much more than that.

The midwife came, my BP is still a little high so I have to keep taking my Belladona (homeopathic meds) to lower my BP and I have to keep drinking LOTS of water. I really need to get better at this, its so hard!!
As for changing...My BH yesterday weren't for nothing. But not a HUGE change.
I am now 90% effaced and still a one but very soft she said. And baby's head has moved down, she can feel it now so that is exciting! She said she would call me a -2. Starting from -4 to +4 Thats were she thinks I am. I guess I will keep walking and squatting to keep her moving down!
