Sounds like you and mom have made peace with each other and she even kinda apologized---impressive!

Good appt too. I'm glad you liked the MW. We met a new one yesterday and really liked her.

The best part of your update was the good night's sleep.....that is more precious than gold these days.

Sleep last night was OK...better than is has been, but not as good as Tuesday. I will take it, though.

This mid-back pain I've been having is my biggest problem right now. I don't even think it's pregnancy related but it's REALLY distracting and painful. My chiro worked on it on Monday and DH has been giving me frequent massages, and I've tried ice and heat, but it's just persisting like I've done nothing. Very frustrating!! It's just a big seized-up knot right under my bra strap on the left side. Any suggestion for that kind of thing are more than welcome!

I had a weird thing happening last night right around bedtime--I kept having these crazy strong muscle cramps in my right groin. Enough to make me shout out and that leg to sort of collapse! It was really bizarre. When I lay down in bed, it stopped, but it happened four or five times while I was brushing my teeth and getting ready. Maybe baby was pressing on a weird nerve or something?? Huh. In any case, she definitely feels lower. My hips ache a lot more and she's definitely at least a couple of inches farther from my ribs than she was.

Not much else to report. Oh, DH got the car cleaned, finally, and it looks awesome. Now we just have to install the car seat and then there is SERIOUSLY nothing left to do. He even picked up a bunch of labor snacks for me at the store this week (coconut water, frozen grapes, my favorite chips, cheese and crackers, etc) and made a bunch of lasagna (2 kinds) to freeze.

Now I'm just trying to get as much possible done at work and maintain everything...like the clean house and up-to-date information for people having to take over where I leave stuff off, etc. Otherwise, just waiting...we'll be thrilled to have you anytime you're ready, baby!

I had similar right groin pain towards the end of my pregnancy. Pelvic rocking seemed to help me with it.

Ouch to the groin pain. I have no idea what to do about that sorry. Hope your back feels better asap, that sounds very painful. Yay to being entirely ready for baby to arrive! With the carseat being the only thing left to do and a few more days to go it sounds like you are all set. Sounds like she dropping down low and getting all ready to make her big appearance as well.

Ouch...I know that with each pregnancy the groin pain gets progressively worse but it sounds like that is over the top. Bet it feels good to have everything done though!
