Hey, thanks, Vicki! LOL. Opinions ... yes, I have them! Hahaha! I've been out of town for the last week but I'm back now. I will do a lodge update tomorrow after my mw appointment; in the meantime I have a question that I'll ask in another thread.

Cindy, yes, I am carrying lower this time, and peeing every 20 minutes. Literally. I also feel pelvic pressure and some lower back strain if I stand or sit upright for too long ... but hey, with a toddler, there's plenty of bending and crouching and squatting and rolling around, so *luckily* I don't have to sit still much ... heh ... "luckily." ... Anyway as far as preparing him, I had this brilliant idea of getting a Cabbage Patch Kid or something of a similar size, to wear in a sling and diaper and "nurse" and show Henry what we do and get him involved. So far I have failed to actually *get* a doll, but I swear I am going to do that THIS WEEK!

DH got sent on a last-minute trip for the better part of a month and he's not getting back till I am 2 weeks out. Eek. Luckily I do not feel "close" at all, just, you know, feeling a little bit "nine months pregnant," lol. But the upshot of THAT is, Henry has still been in bed with me and we meant to have him transitioned to sleeping with DH by now. Gotta love the military ...

So like I said, I'll share the stats, and if I am good, a belly pic too, tomorrow. Thanks for reading!

That really sucks that they sent him out, now of all times. Tell the baby to stay in!

Feeling very pregnant! Between a midnight pee run and an early-bird toddler, I am also feeling very tired. But that's par for this course.

Appt with the mw yesterday went well, nothing really to report strong, steady heartbeat, measuring well, still vertex, all that good stuff.

This is a boring Lodge. LOL.

Great idea for preparing Henry - love the cabbage patch doll idea! At christmas time I borrowed a doll from my neice for DS - he just went for the eyes and the soft spot. Ah the joys of two young ones close together huh!

Sending you baby baking vibes at least until your DH gets back!

    Your lodge is not boring.

So do you feel like things are beginning to progress? How does this pregnancy seem to differ from your past pregnancy?

I agree your lodge is not boring. Just because you aren't having any major end of pregnancy upsets does not make it boring, just makes me hopeful you get the birth you want where you want it

Thanks for the confidence, Mary! That's just what I need to hear

No feelings of progression yet, and I am totally fine with that. Still 2 weeks till the 40-week mark! I am getting BHs, of course, but nothing shocking. I just compared myself to a photo at 38 weeks with DS, and I look completely identical. I will do a belly pic today ... I need to!

That's all the news I have, I guess. I am seeing the OB tomorrow, and the mw the day after that. Will update if/when there's anything to update with!

Thanks for checking up on me!
