A very sad version of the home study as 90% of the course was missing from the mom who gave it to me, and she gave me her 'overview' based on having taken the class and home study LOL. I honestly wish I had given it more time and found a class or a replacement documentation but I ran out of timeI figured I've done meditations and self hypnosis in the past, and they all run very similar to one another I could 'wing it'.

I'm sorry you didn't get the whole course. That must be really frustrating.
I loved your laughing/contracting in the car story.

Yeah I wish I had gotten the whole course way back when I had the time, but alas nothing I can do about it now, and since its my last I don't see a point in getting it for the future. :P
So last night those little contractions that showed up at around 8pm... LAID ME OUT! By 11pm I actually called my midwife because I seriously thought I was going into labor! For three hours straight they stayed at every five mins and lasting between 1-1.5 mins! They didn't however get any closer together or longer, just stronger. At one point I was having a hard time talking through the contractions *grumble* so by 1am I gave up and tried to get some sleep. They continued on and I managed to get a wicked horrible cramp all up my right side of my back, thankfully while hubby is a wannabe comic, he's also caring beyond all and massaged my back till it went away and I passed out from exhaustion!
Woke up this morning, and they started up again though not nearly as strong and totally random in timing. I seriously wanted to put my head through a wall! Luckly I already had my appointment with the midwives for the morning so just went in and hoped that maybe something was starting... or... something. Was it? NOOOOooooooOOOooo of course not, that would make sense! NO change in my cervix from 10 days ago when I landed in the L&D with crazy contractions, though she said... probably about 80% effaced vs the 60% I was then... woooo thats so... aggravating! If I could slap my uterus I would! seriously! That whole mess basically put me in a horrific mood all day and my family has been tip-toeing around me like I'm a nuke ready to go off
I'm officially serving this kid with an eviction notice, cause Mommy's mind is not going to make it through another 2-4 weeks of this nonsense... I'll put up with long hard labor, sunny-side up, even give up problem free... just so long as it happens soon! OR if its not going to happen soon... lay off the freak trial runs because I'm going nuts! *sob* (seriously was in tears and bawling my eyes out for over an hour today because of this... its torture)

So its currently 3am... and tonight has been one heckuva rough night! Worst of all I'm convinced it hast nothing to do with being pregnant at all! *sigh* When I was at the midwives she said she'd be surprised if I was in early labor so recommended that I go home take an Epsom salt bath, take some regular Tylenol to maybe give my body a rest, and if I was having serious issues sleeping take a gravol.
Now for those that know me, I have taken Tylenol only three times this pregnancy because I'm against taking any medications over the counter or otherwise unless there's a serious need. Hubby has been so worried about me I swore that if I was desperate and not able to sleep I'd take the darn gravol! So he made us stop on the way home and pick all that stuff up (and holy paperwork just to buy gravol! Its been so long since I bought it, I didn't realize you get 101 questions from the pharmacist just to get it LOL)
Anyway, after dinner, putting DD to bed, ranting on here about how miserable I am (sorry for that btw) I started feeling a bit gross. So I took her advice and ran myself a bath with epsom salts, got myself a good book and a huge glass of water and settled in to relax a bit. I never did get to the book as about 3 minutes into the bath I started to feel a bit nauseous. I wasn't sure if it was just too hot (not even hot enough to turn me pink so who knows) or what, either way I was less relaxed than uncomfortable. I started to get out of the tub and low and behold a big TMI gloopy pink streaked mucus blob came out, followed by a second sort of solidifying that I was getting out now LOL.
The sick feeling progressed to down right UUGH! and I grabbed a large bowl just in case and went to try and chill in bed. Hubby convinced me to take the Tylenol and Gravol then, and I agreed to HALF a gravol pill... (according to the box a dose for a 6yr old) Not that it mattered in the end, I started getting CRAZY tummy cramps and ended up (again TMI) puking my guts out AND having a system emptying trip to the toilet!
Now its 3am... still having wicked tummy cramps, which totally suck, and thankfully not pukey at the moment but I doubt that will stay away long... I can't for the life of me figure out why my tummy is all askew, given I ate the same thing everyone else in the house ate and they're all fine! grrr... just one more thing right LOL Maybe my body will be so worn out and empty that I'll get a few days break from all this nonsense! Fingers crossed right?

I hope the contractions go away. I have prodromal labor for around 4 weeks before I actually go into labor and it seriously sucks. Specially when you get closer to your due date. It really really sucks!
Hope they either give you a break and stay away for a while or you finally go into labor.

Hope you are feeling better! Being huge pg and sick is totally not fair! Although, with Addelyn I thought I was having digestive issues cause I was doing the exact same thing but noticed my tummy cramps coming and going and had her 2.5 hours later! Either way, I hope you are getting some rest.
