I loved reading your birth stories! Sounds like you've got a fabulous support team in place!

Regarding breech births... The current recommendation to offer women the choice of vag delivery or c/s (assuming your care provider is trained in breech births). I work in a small community hospital and we've done a few lately.

Crazy about the midwife trial thing. I'm in BC and mw have been covered by medical for over 10 years! Sounds like you are close to getting mw care approved.

At my appointment today, babes was transverse. My last three appointments he has been breech, vertex and then transverse. At least he's not stuck in one position. That's positive right?

I think I'm going to try skipping my chiropractor appointment next week. Does it make sense that perhaps my bones are too open and movable? When baby is stuck in a breech position, a chiropractor can help fix things to give him more room to move... maybe it can sometimes work in the opposite direction, giving him too much room? Looking back at pregnancy with my son, I stopped going to the chiro around 33 weeks because my coverage was maxed out, and he didn't settle into a head down position until 36 weeks.

Hmmm I not sure. Can you feel baby flipping? Did your care provider feel concerned about out. You are a 2nd time vbac right? I really hope baby settles head down soon for you.

I hope baby settles head down for you soon! Mine didn't settle this time til around 35 weeks. And this is your 3rd, so you have an even roomier uterus, right? (Positive thinking!) Maybe download the Hypnobabies script for breech babies?

Going for an ultrasound on Tuesday to determine exactly what position baby is in this week. I've really been watching my posture and have been doing the breech tilt occasionally (I don't remember the blood rush to the head when I did this for my son!).

Otherwise I'm feeling pretty good, albeit slower these days . People have been saying, "You must be due soon!" for several months, it's kind of nice that I can now say, "Yes, I am."

lol, I've been getting the "you must be ready to pop" comment. Love how people have no clue how to talk to a preggo eh?

I hope the babe is in a good position for you, bounce on that ball mama

Yay for feeling great at 37 weeks - and I am with you on the ridiculous "nearly due" comments, people really need to engage their brains first!

Hope the ultrasound goes well and baby has decided to behave itself!

I had an ultrasound today to check on baby's position. Head down! Yeah! I hope he stays that way.

And here's a picture of baby making duck lips. And he is definitely a boy.
