Welcome to your lodge! I enjoyed reading your intro. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you get your VBA2C! I am planning a VBAC myself and I love cheering on other VBAC mamas!

Woohoo for lots of vbac lodges!
Your first birth sounded a lot like my c-section. Everything going well until the interventions start. I bet you won't have a problem this time around! Other than maybe that high risk OB... ;)
Yay - Tiff's lodge! :D
I had no idea Logan's birth was so tramatic Tiff! Holy cow! I really hope you get your vbac this time!

Wowsa! Welcome to your lodge! Loved reading your previous birth stories, and I can totally see why you are pushing for the VBAC! I can't wait to hear all about it! Yay for May!
Welcome to your lodge Tiff! I loved reading about your births. I remember everything with Rya so well. :) I hope that baby 3 comes on 5/5 or at least before that appt. Looking forward to the rest of your journey!!
Thanks for sharing. So exactly WHY do you need to meet with a high risk ob? I mean are you high risk? I see a high risk ob, but I actually do have high blood pressure...so I am confused. Personally I would just refuse. I mean why pay the money to see a doctor you don't need to. I was talking to dh about this this morning. I think docs waste so much money in the American medical system with all their tests & such trying to talk perfectly rational women into their interventions. Sigh! If it is going to stress you out, skip it. Heck you may not even make it to the 13th anyway ;)
They want me to come in to talk to me about the risks of a vba2c and probably try to scare me into a c-sec. I think I will skip it though. As much fun as an u/s would be I really don't want to meet with them. Better yet, call the day before and say I can't make it, lol. I would just skip but that could DH in trouble with his commander. Its a military thing. I have absolutly nothing that qualifies me for high risk other than the fact that I'm refusing a c-sec.
Thanks for sharing your birth stories, it sounds like you went through a lot.
I don't want to complain, but oh the pain! My lower back side is kiling me no matter what I do. If it still hurts when the kids get up DH insists on going to the hospital. I wouldn't mind the pain if I knew a baby would be coming from it.
