That will work too! I just went for the oil because I hate taking pills and the oil was great to do the perineum rubs with. The sex thing makes sense too. lol. I just had DH use a syringe and put it up there as far as possible.

Sounds like you are doing well and getting organized and ready for Elijah's arrival.

I'm not sure about the tincture. How are you feeling today?

I love that you're feeling so good so pregnant! It gives me hope! I had no idea black cohosh comes with headaches. I'm glad your OB won't start bugging you until 42 weeks. The trend I've seen more and more is to start serious induction talk at 41 or even 40 weeks.

    GL at your appointment tomorrow!

    thanks ladies!

DH, DS, and I all went for an evening walk tonight. We power walked for 30 min, and it honestly felt great!!! I came in, drank a liter of water, and sat for about 5 min to catch my breath. It's bed time now, and I feel like I could run a marathon...lol. I hope this energy stays with me tomorrow!

We are going to drop off DS at my mom's b/c he is just too much at my appointments, then head to the bank to hopefully refinance our vehicle (yay for better credit scores!), and then hop through a couple of thrift stores just to see what we can find.

I'm not sure if it is the cohosh giving me the headaches now :-/. I have taken three doses today and havent had a headache yet. hmmm...not sure what caused the killer one from yesterday though.

Anyways, its 20 min to midnight, so I better get myself and this belly to bed.
