My BIL and I had a fun photoshoot the weekend before last. He took over 200 photos. He's still working on editing most of them, these are ones he wasn't going to do anything to, so he sent them my way tonight:

welcome! can't wait to follow your tale!
All those pics are great, Jordan. What a wonderful way to document your little Bairn.
Welcome to your lodge & I love the belly pics. Nice to have such a great photographer in the family.
I had my 36wk appt today and my mw was concerned with the levels of fluid surrounding the baby. I have to admit, I have been able to feel each little limb and every movement feels very pronounced to me. But being a first time mom, I assumed that was normal. Our student had a feel around and asked my mw to see what she thought. Carolynn had a feel around and asked if it would be okay to have another mw in for a second opinion. The second mw at the clinic (Jasmine) agreed and said it does feel quite low, however it is a good sign that I still feel active movement.
Carolynn suggested we could either wait and see what another week brings or I could go in for an ultrasound to measure. She also told me that she hasn't recommended an ultrasound for this reason in a very long time. I'm not worried about the baby really, it moves around like a little champ all day long. I get great kicks and wiggles still and I just have a good feeling.
I didn't really expect this kind of thing to crop up, so if anyone has experience with it, or advice I'd love to hear it. Carolynn said sometimes if the level is extremely low babies are better on the outside than the inside. I trust her, but I do want to get some more opinions, and of course, see what this u/s has to say. I'd prefferably like to go for another one next week to double check before agreeing to anything else.
In other news, my home visit appt is next week, which I'm excited for. Woot!! Nothing else really new though...
