Sounds like a good appointment. They say it can take up to 72 hours before you go into labor after a membrane strip if it's going to work. I was just over 72 hours when I went into labor. I didn't feel crampy till Sunday but had bloody show from Saturday up to Monday then it stopped for 12 hours and then started back up with labor. I was a tight 3 when I had my membranes striped and didn't change after either. I think I lost my mucus plug the day of and after I had my membranes striped. I've heard of women not loosing it until they are pushing baby out.

I give you 24 hours before you go into labor. 48 tops. You are so close!!!! You are giving me hope for the Timp midwives. Makes me almost want to get pregnant again already.... almost.

Well everyone....it worked!!! Kathryn Grace was born at 2:46am on 9/3/10!! She was 7 lbs 8 oz, 19.5" long. Everything went so wonderfully and we came home from the hospital this morning. I wanted to update last night, but the internet at the hospital wasn't working When I get it all written down, I'll be sure to post her birth story. Here's a couple pics to hold you over:
