cute babywearing pics! i got a moby used, and I can't wait to try it with the new little one. i tried tying it when it came, but it isn't the same with a) a preggo belly and b) no baby to put in it...DS is already 30 lbs at this point so I wasn't gonna try him haha!

Christy, I was so surprised at how easy it is to put on. It looks so confusing but once you've done it once or twice it is super easy. That makes me happy!!

Lauren, it says you can carry them to like 35 lbs but I wasn't about to try that with DD and a preggo belly! I don't blame you a bit

I love the pics of daddy wearing his daughter, so sweet. I'm not sure if my DH would ever do it. I think baby wearing daddies are awesome

awww....those are great pictures!! I love my sleepy wrap and can't wait to get this LO in it. I think it's really gonna help to not have to lug around the infant carrier since who knows when my back will be fully healed and her carseat is HEAVY!

I can totally see why you'd have those feelings about your home birth. As others have said, while the c-section may have been the best decision at the time, it doesn't erase the feelings you have toward the home birthing experience. Still, you made an informed decision and I think the experience will only add to your already stellar knowledge of the birthing process.

I LOVE the baby wearing pictures! I've been trying to get Emma to enjoy the moby wrap, but we're having a hard time. She freaks out every time. Love that your DH uses it too! Mine swears he never will, but I think that will change.

A very sad morning ladies. I'm very thankful DH is here with us right now, though I'm positive he is feeling torn between duty and family at the moment.

This is our unit. Please keep our guys and gals in your thoughts.

Two Fort Richardson soldiers killed by Afghanistan bomb

They go out in fours and all we have heard is that their NCO (same position my DH fills) broke his back and is in Germany with his wife now.

I have spoken to all of their families previously (and recently) as a Key Caller while I was up there... so sad.

Hah! Erik is just about the world's worst photographer, but I'll see if he'll take one of me later today.

    Love the baby wearing pics!
I'm so glad that DH is home with you right now. How sad for the other men and their families.
