Hooray for napping! I agree about enjoying the end stage of pregnancy and not wanting to bring a newborn into the mix! I'm missing my naps right about now! DS1 is napping but baby is not sure if he will follow suit or not!

I don't understand the wanting the baby out ASAP mentality either. I enjoy pregnancy right up to the end as well. Glad you're getting some naps.

Getting a nap in sounds wonderful. I love enjoying things like that when you can because you know that in the near future it may not be possible. Makes it even more enjoyable I think.

I love to nap but I hate the feeling afterward so I can understand not being inclined to take a nap. It's good your getting in some rest though!

I always wonder about water breaking too - it broke for my first (in a public place lol) and not till 8cm with my second either lol. It will be interesting to see if your intuition is correct about this one!

That's great! Glad you're feeling positive and your body is moving right along, doing what it should...

I love napping but hate the feeling afterward too, and I've found that doing HB relaxations is a great way to get the benefits of deep rest without so much of the groggy factor. I'm glad you're able to enjoy the downtime!

Yay, you're gearing up! And kudos to you for your patience at the end- last time I was a "get the baby out" kind of pregnant lady (not out of pregnancy misery, just out of eagerness to be out of the "is this labor or not" phase)... but this time I'm preparing mayself to be in it for the longrun and just enjoy the ride.
There was an article on CNN the other day about birth control pills for DADDIES so the males can be "on the pill". It's still a few years off but wouldn't that be wonderful for situations like these? Not sure if I'd trust DH to remember it every day though
