Wow, I can't believe everything you have gone through with this pregnancy, trying to find a care provider who will work with you. I'm so sorry that it didn't work out with the midwives, but I'm glad you were able to find a doctor who would take you on as a VBAC. I have everything crossed for you that you get the birth you're hoping for!

So sorry to hear that the midwives can no longer be your care providers. What a crappy thing to happen at 36 weeks pregnant. On the other hand, I think it's AWESOME that you were still able to find a doctor to catch your baby the old fashion way. Your determination is inspiring.

Man i had a crazy dream about you last night. I dreamt you had a family/friend gathering at a church. While there your BP went up and your MW told you that had to get it down or end the party. So you laid down. 5 mins later MW said you were good and you went into labor. Again, 5 mins later your baby had arrived! And you went back to partying, lol. Needless to say, this was the second birth dream of the night for me. I just had to share as I know you're trying for a VBA3C.

Thanks everyone. My blood pressure is finally coming down. My lower number was consistently over 100 and now it is consistently 80's/90's which is MUCH better. The increased dose is making me sooooo tired though. That is one of the side effects. It will get better, but ugh. I am sure that will make my doctor happy. We live about 3 hours from the hospital so me and the kids are going to down and stay there. It will just be easier. I don't really want to ride 3 hours in the car while in labor. My kids are super excited about staying in a hotel. LOL They are so strange that way. I got my hospital bag almost packed for me and the baby. With Isaiah we were NOT prepared to have him so early and I didn't even have anything with me. Not even our camera. I still have tons of contractions every day, but they are not productive. I started taking some EPO yesterday and I drank a huge glass of RRL today. (I really dislike the tea so that is no fun). After I get done here it is off to do some fun laundry.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night from a terrible dream. It wasn't baby or pregnancy related. It was scary though. It was about 12:30am and dh wasn't even in bed yet which annoyed me. And to all you ladies that can ddt at this point in pg, kudos to you because no position is comfortable. Not even a little bit. Ugh.

I'm so sorry they risked you out so late in the game. That is awful. Too bad they didn't review those surgery records earlier. I'm amazed and excited that you found a new doctor who will still let you try though, that is wonderful! Way to go on not just giving up at that point! 3 hours away, goodness!

Who will watch the kids during birth?

It really isn't the m/w fault that it took them so long to get the surgical records. The doctor took forever to send them. We had to request it 2x actually. It was quite frustrating. My step son is 21 and hopefully he will be the one watching the kids. Otherwise, it will be friends. I just hope my doula is able to make it. It really depends on when I go into labor and such if she can make the trek down there or not. I am just amazed she is still willing to do it. I hired her thinking we were having the baby here in town, but of course that all changed. I just woke up from a much needed nap so I feel better. My step son just took the kids to the park. We live walking distance to a park which is nice. I should go with them, but I just woke up and I am being lazy. LOL

I think RRL tea is disgusting too. Blech!

Do you have any Mama instincts about how big this babe will be?

I think baby will be on par with my other kids. I feel about the same as I did with them. I have lots of pelvic pressure and pain. This baby tends to hang out lower than my other ones did. I did lots of stuff around the house today. I got the carseat out of garage and cleaned it all up. It was bought new with DS and he is 2.5 so it should be still good. I moved all the seats around last week so now I have an open spot for it in my van.

I got my Hypnobabies instructor stuff today which was exciting. I am hoping to really be able to get the word out at the expo on Saturday. I have a bunch of promotional material all ready to go.

I got some fluffy mail today. I ordered 2 custom bottombumpers for this baby and they are SO adorable. I will have to take a picture and show you all at some point. I wanted to order a few Happy Heinys but I never got around to it.

My parents are coming down this weekend to visit. I will be so glad to see them. Lilly's birthday is next weekend. I still need to get a few last minute things for her.
