guess your LO still needs some baking. Sounds like things are going good.

Your blood sugar isn't low, it's perfect. Normal is about 60-100. After a really sugary meal or snack, it can be expected to rise a bit, so the 134 isn't totally out of line. Hope you're better tomorrow.

My other docs wanted to c-section me at 38w because I guess something magic happens at 38w. I am still trying to figure that one out. .

As for blood sugar everything I read had the 60's being low. Most places said not to drive if it was under 70. It is consistently in the 60/70 range for fasting. I feel ok so I guess I shouldn't worry. I haven't been watching my diet as close and my numbers are still fine. I am not going to go crazy with the sugar or anything but at this point I am not remotely worried about the whole GD thing.

Glad your cervix is soft. Sorry you aren't startin to dilate yet.
No idea what the blood sugar number means since I've only had mine tested during the GTT. But I know I run pretty low. If I don't eat small meals constantly I get lightheaded. I think how you feel probably matters more than what the meter says. Good luck.

60's is low, dh has type 1 and he considers that crashing. I would suggest eating some fruit when you see it that low. Fruit is a simple carb and digests fast, getting sugar in you fast and also has fiber so it is a bonus.

It sounds like you made the right decision by switching doctors!

So finally starting to feel somewhat better. I think it started as allergies and turned into a sinus infection. I have been pretty sick for about 6 days. Ugh! I can finally breathe through my nose though. I had some pretty strong contractions last night that went on for a few hours, but then fizzled at around 2 am. I don't think I posted my latest belly pic. So enjoy!

I love the belly! I hope the contrax either go away or turn into labor, whatever you want.

So I have to be honest I am feeling really scared. I think I am being overwhelmed by fear. Fear that I won't be able to do this. Fear that this baby will be too big. Fear of another c-section. I tried listening to my fear release CD last night, but I am still feeling fear. Anyone have any ideas? My logical brain knows that I am being silly, but I can't help it.

There are a couple of ladies in my centering group feeling just like you, one being me! After two hours pog venting our fears and worrys it was mentioned that studies show the human brain cannot be both fearful and grateful at the same time...thus when we are focusing on gratitude fear has no home in our hearts and minds!

So find gratitude for the little things, focus on how amazing it will be when you give both YOUR way, and embrace gratitude for your support team! After all that the fear will just melt away!

    *super huge no fear hugs*
