I can't wait to meet Farzzle!!!
Great intro Emily & welcome to your lodge!
Yay . . . welcome! It truly seems like just yesterday that you got your BFP, I can't believe it's time for your lodge already.
Welcome welcome!!!! I cant believe its almost time.
So do I just write stuff in here like a journal? I guess so...it's so odd to have my own lodge.
I'm just past 36 weeks now. Only a few more days until this baby can be born at home. I'm really excited for that point!! I love being pregnant and I really feel like I'm good at it...it's relatively easy on my body and, aside from being huge, I really enjoy it. For the first time in my life, though, I'm feeling like I've been pregnant for forever. LOL! This time last year I was pg with the baby that I lost and now I'm -><- this close to being fullterm with this baby. That's a long time! 2.6 years pregnant and all within the last 5 years.
But, I'm pleased that I do it well and grow big healthy babies. And I expect to at least hit my EDD, if not go beyond it. So I will try to maintain a positive outlook. There's nothing worse than a pg woman who complains about being pg when she hasn't even hit her EDD yet. LOL!!!
On another note, I'm really satisfied with yard work lately. Seeding my lawn earlier this spring, mowing it regularly and planting/fertilizing my flowers. I don't let DH touch it. I always change my facebook status to indicate what yardwork I'm doing that day and DH's assistant gives him h*ll when it shows I'm mowing the lawn. Hahaha. And, to top it off, my FIL gave me a whipper-snipper...edge trimmer...today. YAY! I can trim my own fenceline now! If only I could reach to maintain *othermoreprivate* lawny areas that belong to me. *ahem*ahem*
Sounds like you're doing great! Is it 37 weeks you have to be for a home birth? You're really close now!
And way to go on the yardwork. That's a skill I really wish I had. You should show us pics!
I would love to see some pics of your yard as well. Sounds like something really enjoyable, and something I would like to get into myself.
Congrats on your lodge! I can't believe how fast it's gone by. Your yard sounds so nicely kept. Sorry about your other "lawn", I had to do that one by braille when I was pg too!
