I'm so glad Little Fox is holding out!!! My cousin arrives in 2 days as well, but she's not a birthing fan, so she'd like to get here after his born! LOL

I'm giggleing at the thought of you resting yesterday at "full tilt" Whatever works!! Looks like you talked little fox into staying put till your friend is here. Some times I think we have a lot more to do with the start of labor then we think we do!

Both boys are getting super excited about baby fox. This morning, Ridley had a playdate with his friend Henry. They played with Ridley's babydoll pushing around the stroller, putting Ridley's naptime quilt on the baby in the crib, etc. I asked Ridley if he wanted to introduce Henry to little fox, and he pointed to my tummy and kissed it repeatedly. He said, baby fox needs lots of kisses! He wanted Henry to kiss my tummy. Henry didn't want to which was fine with me.

So, now for an Edward story. And this is one of my best Edward stories yet.

I asked Edward yesterday morning to go get Daddy who was downstairs. Edward didn't want to do it, so Pia decided to make it into a game. She said she'd race him to see who could finish first. She'd vacuum her room and Edward would go downstairs and get Daddy upstairs. Ready, set, go! Edward ran downstairs, and Pia ran to her room to vacuum (the vacuum was already out because she'd just finished the living room). Well, about 2 seconds later Edward was saying "I win!" and Daddy was standing at Pia's door. We were all astounded that Edward had gotten Craig away from his computer on such short notice. (Even I can't do that!) It turns out that sneaky Edward had said: "Daddy! Come quick! The baby's coming!" That's why Craig bolted upstairs.

LOL! He knew how to get Daddy to move So cute about the belly kisses too! I wish I knew how much Ethan understands about what's going on...

LOL! That's hilarious that Edward knew how to get Craig! I have a DH that is a little hard to separate from the computer at times, too, so I'll have to remember his trick.

The story about Edward is too funny! And very sweet about Ridley and the kisses!

It's snowing, and it's sticking to the ground. Our first snowfall of the season.

I woke up at 5 to contractions. They seemed to be coming pretty frequently, and they hurt. After 30 minutes, I woke up dh. He timed them at 2-2:20 apart. Very frequent! But then they started to cluster together. I went to the bathroom several times throughout this process. After 2 hours, I decided that it really wasn't labor.

I've been utterly exhausted all day. I'd be surprised if little fox isn't here tomorrow.

I hope you're able to get some sleep tonight and wake up in active labor! That's the goal for me too! LOL

Good luck, Jennie and Kristina! I want to do the same thing just one day later. ELVs to all of us!
