Yeah for being done with work, that is awesome! It's good to take some time for you and the baby, and get yourself together for the big event!
Way to go on your last day of work! I can't wait for that time for me. What kind of good meals do you plan on making?
For Christmas my parents gave my dh and I a gift certificate to get a new tub for the birth. The previous owners painted over the tub, and it was gross and the paint would flake off if you had a bath. So we had been hemming and hahing for the last couples months trying to figure out the best and most affordable way to replace the tub. What made it difficult was that the previous owners had tiled the whole bathroom. But my dh and his brother finally decided to start demoling (sp?) and then see how bad of a job the previous owners had done and go from there. So they started today and made excellent progress! It looks like I will have a brand new tub by next weekend!! I am so excited, I think it will be so helpful for the birth.
Today I have been feeling a little off, tired mainly but then around dinner I got a head ache and felt nauseous. I am hoping that I am not coming down with anything! Not good timing, but maybe my body just trying to recuperate after the last week.
Stacie- I am not totally sure what I am going to make, I want to try some new recipes. Mainly just cooking at home, will be a good start!

Yeah for a new tub! That sounds like lots of fun! Hope they get everything back together in timeAs far as how your feeling, I hope tomorrow finds you feeling well again being sick wouldn't be any fun at all.
Good luck on the bathroom remodel, it'll be so nice once it's done. We just got a new tub too and it's heavenly, extra-deep & everything!![]()
Today I had such a great day! I got up and went to Aquasize and then walked home, it took me about 40 mins, I am much slower now and it was a bit icy. Then in the afternoon went for another walk with my SIL and niece! I am always amazed at how good I feel after exercise! It is strange that I am so reluctant to do it most times.
My baby still likes to keep me on my toes. S/he doesn't move much and seems to know how long to push not moving just to stress me out enough and then it starts moving around! Somedays!

How great that you don't have to get up and go to work this morning! Yeah for maternity leave!
A new bathtub will be so exciting! Are you nervous that it is being done so close to the birth? I would be.

Wow, I can't believe you walked that far! I don't think I would have had the get up and go to do that when I was that pregoIt does feel good to be active though. How was your first day not going to work?
ITA...it's not a big deal to get motivated normally, but this last month or so, I really need to push myself, but it feels so much better when I do it...I think the increased circulation really helps.Originally Posted by Melychang
Sorry your little one is giving you attitude already, LOL! I don't think my daughter ever has kicked around as much as some babies (nothing really painful), but at least she is fairly consistent...although I have had a few stressful moments.![]()
Hope your tub is progressing well. It sounds like it will be wonderful and hopefully just in time.![]()
