You can do it! I've done it 6 times, and I'm sure a 7th!
Ugh, so many NSTs for such a healthy baby and mama! Still, good news that you keep exceeding their expectations
I agree with Em that birth, especially with the natual feedback mechanisms in place, is a whole lot diffeent than dental wok, a headache, or a bone break! You find strength and enduance you never knew you had!
Keep us updated and I hope you go on your own soon, if only to not need the monitoring and BP cuff anymore!
just wanted to send your way
thanks for all your votes of confidence. I'm trying hard to get/stay psyched up! DH was telling me last night that he knows I can do it and that I don't need to be afraid. He's such a sweetie.
Well, this weekend, we're working on some natural birth induction methods *LOL* the one thing we haven't done since March haha...but my midwife said that was the best way...so...he'd better watch out hahah I just don't want to go past 41 weeks since that is when they will be pushing for induction...more so for baby's size I think...I mean, if my pressures are still normal then, I wonder what they'll say?! The sizing u/s put her at 8'12" on Monday, and I think that's def. off a bit because I do know that she's really long. DH is tall and so are others in our family...I can tell she's long b/c I know she's dropping some, but her feet still kick me up high. guess we'll see. But no going into labor on Sunday or Monday...do you hear me Sydney
I wouldnt doubt the u/s too much-my dd measured 8lbs 2oz @ 38w and was 9lbs 11oz when she was born.
Sounds like you are doing great! I hope its not too much longer!
Thinking of you! Come on Sydney - Tuesday is good your mom said!
well, today is Sydney's EDD according to an early u/s. It was the 10th according to my FF chart...
However, yes Rachelle...Tuesday-Sat. is good...today is NOT haha...
"induction methods" haven't started quite yet...was too afraid it'd kick in on sun or mon. LOL...
I am wondering though...I haven't really had ctx that I know of...how am I ever gonna dilate if I never have ctx??? I have some of those mild menstrual cramps, and some tightness in my belly...but I'm not sure if that's her moving around or BH or real ctx....how do I really tell????
bhs are mild compared to actual contrax-someone told me to take my worse pms cramp and times by 10, thats how a real contraction feels. They were right-they are strong pms cramps, worse than usual and they get your attention fast.
