I hope you feel better soon! I had a nasty cold last week and was SUPER worried about getting DS sick as well. He did get sick, but we are both pretty much over it now. I have heard a lot of people are getting a cold and it's usually just a few day thing, but no fun for those few days! Get lots of sleep and drink lots of water!

Well, I just got back...and I wont lie...I left this appt rather dissapointed.

First, I was waiting for Dh in the waiting room until about 10:45 (the appt was at 10:30) and I finally called him to see where he was....he TOTALLY forgot! Even though I quized him how many times last night, and I do believe my last words to him this morning were "I'll see you at my appt at 10:30)

No Change in my cervix...I am a "Loose 1cm" and no effacement

I thought for sure with all the dang walks I have been having I would at least get like 25% or even get that loose 1cm to a full 2cm.

Baby is still at -3 so the NP said that she thinks that why I did not change, because she is not dropping....Well humf. Makes me wonder if I have been 1cm the whole time....

The good news is baby is looking good...and big, my belly is measuring 40 weeks...DROP BABY DROP! DROP IT LIKE ITS HOT! LOL!

I know, that in just a matter of weeks, baby will be in my arms and all of this will be a blur.

Right now DD is "brushing" my hair....which consists of her wacking me in the head with the brush. LOL! Gotta love toddlers!

Ugh, DH's! LOL! That's something my husband would do. Sorry you were disappointed by your appt. But to make you feel a little better perhaps, my kid was at +1 station for weeks and I was dialated about 3 cms and stretchy to 5 cms...and my kid was still late! They come when they are good and ready (and done baking). I am still thinking you will go a little before your EDD (fingers crossed) and quickly.

Just popping over to see how things are going, babywise! Sounds like things are holding steady. I know it is frustrating that you aren't progressing more quickly but, like you said, in a few weeks you will be holding little Audrey and all of this will be a blur. And Brynn's brushing technique seems awfully similar to Addy's

I am sorry to hear about your aunt Kristin. I am glad she is in recovery though. Cancer sucks. It just does.
