Sunday... well try to relax and keep us posted if you can.. but may be your girl will decide to stay in longer !!! (since you are not dilated etc..)
Take care !!!! cant' wait to see your baby !!! and read your story
Yes, the buzzy thing and watching the baby jolt, made me all sad and mad and maternal. It does not hurt the baby but it is still no fun to see!

We'll see about Sunday!! I am guessing that I might go late too. But who knows... ?!?

Thanks!! We are so very excited!!

What a great tradition!! So cool you have done that with your family. We love to travel and want to continue to do so... I am so glad to hear good travel stories with babies. So many people seem so leery of taking their kids places so I'm glad to hear it!

Hmmm tomorrow is the big EDD Do you feel like your going to be late? I'm getting excited to see this all play out for you guys. I wouldn't have liked the buzzing either, that does seem mean! I guess I must have missed why they are monitering you so close, if you don't mind I'd be interested to know?

I guess I feel like I am going to be late... I don't think I have had much in the way of "pre-labor" and I can't decide if she has dropped or not. I think she has a little bit but some people say it looks about the same. Plus, my mom and I have had similar pregnancies and she was one week late with all her kids so there is a very good chance I could be as well. But you never know!!!

I guess being over 35 (I am 42) they monitor the pregnancy a little more closely - they do a non stress test and an ultrasound once a week. The NST is to check the baby's oxygen and heartbeat and the ultrasound is to check the amniotic fluid levels - both of which can be a problem with older moms, I am told. Luckily everything has looked good though! It does seem like a bit much, but I guess better safe than sorry... I enjoy the extra u/s as we get to see more of the gumdrop but the NSTs are kind of annoying...

Yeah I was going to say you DON'T look 42! I'm glad every thing is going well for you, and it makes since that they are more on top of things with your age (though I'm guessing it's not for any founded reason but I'm not sure) Both of my kids where late and I'm guessing this one will be too. It'll be fun to see when your little girl comes!

Aw, you guys are sweet... thanks! We keep really active and like to think we don't look/act it either. Although if you look at a close up picture of me I definitely have some wrinkles around my eyes.

Yes, luckily I have had a great pregnancy with no problems or issues whatsoever (*knock wood*) so they didn't do anything out-of-the-ordinary until about 36 weeks and then the extra U/S and NSTs came in. But, as I said, I guess better safe than sorry! We are so curious as to when she'll be born too!!! I am guessing late like you but you never know!
