OMG. Nic, this is SO exciting!! We have come a LONG way together, and I am so excited to be able to do this with you!! Congrats on the home stretch, sweets!! Can't wait to follow your journey, AND meet Mr. Cupcake!! Callie is looking forward to meeting her future hubby, too!! LOL

WOW! I'm so excited to have a lodge! I am still pretty new to posting here, though a long time lurker! Since many of you don't know me I will tourcher you and make this long! lol!

I'm Nicole (29) married for 6 years (Sept 7th) to Matt (29). We met in college through a mutual friend! Dated for 2 1/2 years and then got married! I always knew I wanted kids but not the type of girl who obsessed about being a mom and raising kids. I figured one day it would just happen, though one day never seemed right. My world revovled (and still does) around my horses and animals. DH started talking more seriously about kids first. Then in 2005 I was on the same page and we took the leap! We both knew that if it was ment to be it would happen, if it wasn't it wouldn't and if it were to happen we would give it till we were 30 before calling it quits. Dec 2005 is when I found PG.org, I learned so much about TTC, and here I just thought it was have sex and get prego! WRONG! With our laid back approach it took us untill Feb 2008 to get our BFP. I honestly was at my breaking point, though we were so laid back it still hurt each month when AF arrived. I remember peeing on the stick that morning expecting once again a BFN, but this time 2 lines! EEEK! It was 7am on a Sat morning, I rushed in to a still sleeping DH shoving the stick in his face! We laughed and then I cried, he just grinned! This pregnancy has been a breeze! No MS, no crazy cravings, no major weight gain, no swelling (i'm saying yet to all that cause it's not over yet,lol) to which I am VERY thankful. Yes I am thinking I will go early due to my mom going early with me and my bro. So far my pregnancy has mirrored my moms. But don't throw tomatoes at me if I'm still here at 40 plus weeks! lol! I am new to all of this!!! Tomorrow I will bore you with why I want a NCB and picts!!!

Yay!! Welcome to your lodge... it is great to hear you and DH's story and the story of your BFP! You guys must be so excited!

I am so happy that you have had such a nice, smooth pregnancy. Hope you continue to relax and enjoy and it all goes wonderfully!

(We are a bit alike. My pregnancy has mirrored my mom's as well and has been very smooth too - and I keep saying "yet" as well... . However, my mom was one week late with me and with all my siblings so I think I might go 41 as opposed to your possible early delivery!).

OMG I am way excited we have an October lodge already!!!! WOOT! It sounds like you have had a great pregnancy so far, and I really hope that trend continues for you and that your labor and birth are a breeze (or as much of one as they can be) as well!
