Sounds like you have a great team lined up!! And how lucky are you to have a friend who's been there before. I'm the weirdo hippie in my very small group of friends. So none of them have done anything even close to natural, let alone at home.
I'm sorry that your son isn't feeling well. And doesn't it just break your heart when they go and have accidents like that -where its one right after the other. Many extra cuddles sound like a good solution. Not a whole lot you can do for kids when they're so young, just lots of love.
Well, today is already MUCH better. First, I'm homebirth-legal today! WOOHOO!!!
Second, I slept for like 7 hours straight last night- Daniel didn't fuss or wet his bed or have any difficulties all night (he never used to, he's usually a great sleeper), and I didn't even have to get up to pee a billion times. I'm one happy lady!
I am sorry your ds is sick and I am sorry to hear about the hemis. Sounds like a good birth team though.
Well, today was supposed to be the home visit, but midwife just called and she is under the weather, so we're putting it off til next saturday.
Now that I'm not terrified of going into labor too early, we decided I could get out and walk around some, so today the family went to the zoo. Had a lot of fun, but boy, am I feeling it now. Non-stop contractions, though I don't think they're doing anything.
I also experienced pregnancy swelling for the first time ever. Good thing I had taken off my wedding ring just in case- my engagement band (which is significantly looser) is now very very tight. It isn't uncomfortable or bothersome at all, just kind of "my hands look slightly chubby".
I developed a new H this week that has taken me from the "happy and content to be pregnant" category to "I want my body back now please". Without going into too much disgusting detail, I'll just say it's been really really bad.
Still want that baby to bake longer, though- we're going to try to avoid a jaundiced baby this time if we can.
Ouch to the H's. I think you deserve to not have them PP since you are dealing with them now. I feel your pain right now & its icky.
Yay to being HB legal!!!! Still keep that baby baking. Hope the ctx ease up & give you some rest.
