I'm doing good, having some signs of getting close. I really wonder how long this baby will hang on. I've had tons of contractions since 27 weeks. At 27 weeks I could reach my cervix and I was 1 cm, and 50%, now I can't even reach it. I've had tons of mucous discharge and lots of pulling recently with my contractions. Today when I tried I felt like I could reach the front lip of the cervix, but not the whole thing to be able to tell where I was, but since it was that separated I'd guess I'm a 2-3 cm no idea on effacement since it was such a stretch to reach the edge of it. I'm planning a home birth, and have most things ready. I kinda need to get some liner for the bed as I dont' have anything to protect the sheets. (except chux pads.)

So what else do you want to know?

Not much new here, still having tons of contractions with lower back ache, heat helps, and in fact feels really good. As of Today I'm more pregnant than I've ever been.

A little history:
With my son I had PIH (not pre-e) (never really spilled protein) but I believe it was more white coat hypertension as I have spikey bp around the wrong care provider. This time I'm opting for a home birth with home check to avoid any bp problems. My bp this whole pregnancy has been excellent. Yesterday it was 120/67 no protein spilling, and everything else excellent. I'm so comfortable with my decisions this time, and so at peace with this pregnancy. Nervous about being a 2nd time mom, and all the concerns that go with that. Anyway I was induced last time at 36w 4d and had my son at 36w 6d. I'm now 37w today. I'm glad to go longer in the hopes of not having struggles this time BFing. I was hoping to either have the baby by today or wait till next wed as hubby goes out of town on Friday. So I'd now like to wait till he gets back so he has a few days with the baby. He will be back on Tuesday evening late, so we'll see if baby can wait till next wed.

I have a birth tub in my closet for this birth, as I'm planning a water birth. And I got some cloth pads to use after they baby comes. I've also got my small diapers from when Tommy was a baby, and have a ton of infant size prefolds. I'm planning on ECing with this baby too. I work part time, and am trying to wrap things up at work too. I really need to be there this week to wrap things up, but I'm mostly done.

That's about all I can think of right now.
