Yay, i enjoyed reading your intro, Kristen--no matter how much we all share on these boards, it's still great to get the details that fill in the gaps, and everything all written out in one place like that.

I'm really looking forward to following your lodge. You're going to do wonderfully!

Hahahaha...you should see my desk, my file cabinets and my house! The last day of classes is June 16 and that will be my last day of work. There are 2 more days of "activities" and a workday on the 21st. If I have not yet given birth, I will go in for the work day just to move my stuff from my temp desk location back to my permanent spot in another hall that I prefer.

As for the joys of Portland.....it's not so nice these days. I don't think it's gotten above 50 degrees in days (47 and hail when I drove home from work yesterday) and it's been so stormy. This is the coldest May on record...brrr!

I am glad it isn't really hot---my feet are not swollen as long as I wear sandals or my Keens. But....it would be nice not to have to bundle up and try to find a raincoat that I can zip up these days. I was supposed to have a yard sale this weekend, but that isn't happening and next week is a holiday so that means the first weekend in June. I do NOT want a garage and shed full of old furniture and crap when the baby arrives. Even with giving away over half the stuff for free, I still stand to make at least $200.

I'm prepping diapers and working on Liam's bedroom this weekend. The only thing I still need to shop for is a diaper sprayer. DH too a day off work and got Liam's room painted white, so now I need to fashion some wall decor.

Our windows are ready too!!!! They are coming on Monday and Tuesday to do the installation. Yay!

Yeah, talk to me about CDing...I really want to but will be back at work in Sept. and daycare uses disposables. Plus I don't want to buy everything and not really use it.

Really, I just want you to convince me
