My doula has me doing a whole regimen of positions. She's very knowledgeable on how the pelvis works and what movements a woman should use to get her baby in a good position. I start in hands and knees, then I lift my head to look forward/up. Next I go down into child's pose and take a deep breath there. After that I go back to hands and knees, looking down, and tuck my pelvis under. Repeat for 20-30 minutes.
I'm going to the chiropractor on Friday morning as well and will probably see her 2-3 times.
I know my baby is posterior because it's all kicks in the front, my belly is indented at the belly button, and my midwife felt my belly and confirmed it.
My doula also had some affirmations for me about baby rotating that I've been repeating. Have I mentioned that my doula rocks?
That is a really neat idea to have a doula for the kids
Welcome to your lodge! I'll be asking about those positions maybe a little later. I think my baby is posterior right now, but my midwife says that there is still time for him to rotate. I hope your baby rotates soon!
I think we've solved the mystery of the posterior baby. I went to a ICPA pregnancy-certified chiro this morning. She gave me a thorough exam and my pelvis is quite torqued. When I slipped on the ice in February and broke my elbow I think that's a major factor into my pelvic misalignment now. She adjusted me today and I'll be going in 2 or 3 times next week, too. She said that once it's all in place it's likely the baby will rotate and I'll go into labor. We'll see!
Fingers crossed that the chiropractor helps. I really miss going for adjustments this pregnancy, I think it really helped me last time.

I'm sure that will make a huge difference in your baby's position!! Just make sure to keep it up!
Pics of the PUL?
I'm so glad that the chiro had some good news for you. I'm sure that baby will rotate in no time. You hit on something very interesting...so if my belly is indented, it's a sign that Matt is still posterior? I have been feeling kicks very far back on my side, but my belly is still indented a bit. That's so cool to know. I sware, this board is so cool. Ya'll have the best info!
Hopefully, between the chiro and the positioning exercises, you'll be able to get that little one to turn around.
