Gwen, I love yours and Natalie's bellies! SO dang adorable!!! ANd yes, I'm definately with you. I should be reading more and posting less. It would make life and labor way easier, I'm sure.
Welcome to your lodge! Beautiful birth stories. You look great!
I have to share this because it's important to me. I know I shouldn't be a scale watcher when pregnant, but I gained 50-55lbs with each prior pregnancy. I'm only 5 feet tall, and that's just a LOT of weight. Well, today at 36.5 weeks, I'm at 29lbs. I'm just so happy not to have the gain I've had in the past. I worked for the other three pregnancies and I think I just ate too much crap and sat too much. I did work out at Curves 3x week with the last pregnancy, until 2 days before she was born. But I still gained the 50. I'm not exercising right now (just walking the stairs gets me all winded!), but I'm not gaining the crazy weight. It just feels good not to be as huge.
I wonder if this baby will still hit the 8lb mark despite the lower gain? hmmmmmm

I love that belly pic with you and your DD! That's just precious!
Congrats on the lower weight gain. Hopefully it will make the end of pregnancy easier on you and make for a quicker recovery after baby is born too!
Congrats that you don't feel as big this time around. I understand how that goes. With the girls, I felt huge and every ounce of me ached. This time, not nearly as bad. And I've read that the size of the baby is in no way in porportioned to how much the mom eats. It's a nutritional thing really.
COngrats on the weight gain! I know you were worried about it. I wonder about size thing also.
Congratulations on the weight gain! You're doing great!
