I think I'm freezing dh out of the house and the car, but he needs to suck it up! It's not my fault he has the body fat of a starving door mouse.
oh, boy do I remember feeling like that!! Poor dh had to deal with the window open and fan in the window in the middle of a canadian winter (-20)

    I'm glad you're negative!

I totally hear you about being hot. My poor husband has taken to wearing a sweater around the house.

Oy, yes, hot is no fun... hang in there!

I have had the AC blasting all weekend. Luckily DH likes AC so he has not complained... yet!

Ella's down for a nap and I'm sitting here eating a butterscotch sundae and loading up my MP3 player with some good birthing music.

So far, rap and hip hop is my main draw. I know I should likely pick out some softer stuff too, but I'm having a hard time. Maybe I can shake the baby out with some bass.

That cd looks interesting. Do you have it as an MP3 format on your computer? It could possibly be e-mailed that way, I'm not sure! Or I could likely find it on Amazon.

Wow getting your music around makes it seem really close! That's one of the last things I do before we head to the hosp....

and you're due in 2 days.... how are you feeling?

Last time and this time, I've wanted my toenails painted red before I give birth. So I positioned myself on the toilet with my feet on Ella's potty stool and painted my toenails (having to hold my breath as I bend, there's just no room for baby and my lungs in that position!) The trouble is... I can't see my darn feet so I stub my toes on EVERYTHING! My carefully painted red polish is full of chips and cracks because I can't see what's underfoot. So tell me... chipped polish adds character or should I fix it? lol

Everyone that sees me or calls asks how I'm feeling. Before I can answer they say, "you must be so uncomfortable." or "I imagine you're more than ready to have the baby out." Honestly, I'm not uncomfortable. I often forget that I'm close to 40 weeks pregnant. I don't feel a lot different from 2 or 3 months ago. However, I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror at a store today and really... it's no wonder people think I'm uncomfortable. I look like I'm going to tip over.

You're getting so close! I can't believe you were able to paint your own toenails. I can barely tie my shoes!!
