Loved reading your intro, Rebecca. I am so glad your little stinker is head down now. I am thinking you are on team blue...both pregnancies have been pretty easy for me, but this one with my son has been even easier than DD. I can't believe you let your DH find out. Mine would keep a good secret, but knowing that he knew would drive me bonkers, LOL.

Yay for heads-down! And you and your DH are way stronger than I would be -- I loved that my DD was a surprise, but no way could one of us have known.

I've had the feeling baby is a boy from pretty early on, maybe that's why it's not driving me crazy yet!

I guess it's about time I break out the RRL tea... trouble is, I hate tea!

Anyone have a good recipe for making it into ice tea that's sweet? Do you just make it, and then chill with honey or something? I'm clueless, really.

And I felt hiccups at the top of my uterus this morning . I think I'll take DD for a long walk, maybe some gravity will help.

Hey sweetie! So glad that babe is no longer defying gravity...

Yes you can make it into iced tea. Just brew it, add your lemon & sweetener of your choice, and chill it. It's really good. I've also been known to make hot chocolate with it.

Both of those techniques also work with fennel or other nursing teas...

What a little stinker you have there...definitely sounding like "boy" behavior!

I don't care for the taste of the RRL tea particularly, but I just mix it with a tea bag of another flavor (usually something fruity or mint). You can make ice tea by brewing it like normal and chilling. You can add sugar/honey etc while it is warm, to sweeten the whole batch and it will dissolve easier or you can add it to each glass and just stir a lot. You can also add tea bags to a glass container of warm water and place it outside in the sun. The sun brews it for you and you are good to go in a few hours (depending on how strong you like it).

    Enjoy your walk!

Question. Why start RRL tea now? Will it help keep baby in place or will it tone the uterus or will it help jump start labor?

    Enjoy your walk!
