I wanted to be the one to start your lodge so it's a bit early. I know that Reed was early so I still want you to have ample time to reflect in a lodge if this one decides to make an early appearance. You may not remember but you started my lodge for Paul's birth and that meant a lot to me.
You really are an amazing person. I know that I haven't "seen" you during the last few months and the challenges that you have had to endure but I can tell that your spirit is strong. You and your family have been through so much but you continue to give so much to others. I think that your continued support for others on Pregnancy.org has helped some of us make it through far less trying times than those that you have gone through.
You and Reed are in my thoughts often and I look forward to sharing this journey with you once again.

Sarah!!! Welcome to your lodge; I can't wait to follow you through the next few weeks & beyond...
Oh my goodness! I wasn’t expecting this so soon! In fact I wasn’t even thinking about it.
I’m not quite ready for it, to tell you the truth, and thank you Rikkiac, for starting it!
I swear this is the 3rd time I’ve started crying this morning (at my desk at work). Another was because of the photos of Reed’s quilt that ErinM has been working on (http://www.pregnancy.org/bulletinboa...d.php?t=497920) I haven’t been able to even respond to that thread yet, though I was the first person to see the post...
Fortunately this pregnancy has been fairly easy. Only last Thursday did I start feeling particularly tired, and DH told me to go to bed at 8:30pm. I think it’s because I was a bit anaemic last time, but I can’t just blame it on that. I’ve also felt more mentally sharp throughout this pregnancy – well, until this past week… so maybe mental acuity is related to not being tired.
In terms of preparations for Baby2 (as DH and I have been calling this baby), we are planning another home waterbirth. How it unfolds, we’ll just have to find out. Both DH and I would like to birth in the backyard hot tub again, but I don’t know if that is possible given temperamental April weather in Alberta! We are going to buy a birthing pool to use “just in case” the weather is pretty cool (or raining, or snowing!).
There are tons of things to write, but I am not quite up to it at this moment.
Thank you ladies!
