I have my 20wk appointment next week. I know it's a rather stupid question, but is there anything I should start asking or preparing for? I feel like whenever I go in, we just do the weight, pee test, check heart beat, and measurements, then a Q&A. I never feel like I have a whole lot to ask though and I don't want the midwife to think I'm not planning or something! I think it's because I've just read so many books and planned this for so many years, there aren't a lot of things I need to ask about.
I already have pre-natal classes scheduled. They are taught by a former midwife and are home birth focused.
It's a little too early I guess to prep for anything for the home birth. Besides, we have a full house with DH's parents and BIL/fiance/nephew living with us for the next 4 weeks so I can't do much prep anyway!
I'm just wondering if there are things I'm not thinking about that maybe you all have more experience with that I should ask??
