Now that is interesting!
Did anyone actually get to SEE the moon IRL? It was totally cloudy here and we couldn't see ANYTHING! :(
Yes, we did! It was a fog-less night in San Francisco, and the moon was gorgeous! I let the kids stay up a bit later than normal and we went out back to look for it after it got really dark. We had to go up the back stairs to see it over the houses, but it was massive and so bright. I don't think I've ever seen it look that big.
Hey there!
I saw it...we were out at a work party waaaaaay out in the desert, so we got a GREAT view. It was gorgeous!
I don't know a lot more than what I said already...I was just hanging out sewing with my SIL yesterday, and we have talked a lot about the IUD since we both had Mirenas and I got mine yanked (endless 6+ month period after a year!) and her husband just got the Big V, so she's wondering whether to have it pulled now but she really likes having no period....so anyway, yesterday she mentioned that she hasn't had a period more than some darkishness and a little mood, maybe, since she had it put in 3 years ago, but this weekend she got a real period! We were joking (...partially) that it must have been that supermoon...
Oh, silly me, I thought you said it dragged a *baby* out of her, like those "I swear I didn't know I was pregnant" stories you hear sometimes.
Oh, hahaha...no, just an AF! Still interesting, though...I was thinking of all our impending births on here and hoping it affected somebody the way it did her! Except with a baby :p
 Interesting story still!
I was totally upset that I wasn't able to see the supermoon! We had horrible storms that night. Meanwhile DH thought I was crazy for wanting to see it!
I saw it. We had some clouds but we did get to see it. It looked just like the regular moon, but bigger. I took some pics, because I always take pictures.
