Default I need some help girls....

Ok so ummm....I'm 8 weeks with #4 and when I compare belly pics...I'm bigger than I was at 15 weeks with #3. My dates are right on as I chart and this pregnancy was conceived 9 days after a miscarriage (with a negative pregnancy test between to confirm loss) So ummm...what are your thoughts on my belly? I'm 6'1" and 121lbs

You're thinking twins, right? Definitely possible. Is your fundus really that high though? I mean, I look a lot bigger with this baby than I did with Jesse, but fundal height is bang on.

I don't know how to really find the fundus....I *think* I feel it 2 fingers below my belly button when I lay down and try to find it. But again, I have no idea if that's what I'm feeling....i kept not finding it because I was searching low and as I moved up then I found the hard top....or what I think *could* be the hard top...,oh i have no idea....this is crazy. I showed early with all my kids (excepting #1) but this has been a bit nutty....another difference is that though really sick....I've been HUNGRY with this one. I usually lose a few lbs because I don't eat (also lose my milk around now because I usually am not eating) this time I'm still nursing my 15 month old AND starving/eating every few hours.... again though...I'm only 121lbs so I don't know what to think

Well, first, you look ADORABLE! But yes, you definitely look further along. Could be twins, could just be a belly that remembers how to stretch out. On such a petite frame it shows much more easily, too.

I'm no help but I'm hoping you meant to say you were 5'1" and 121... not 6'1".

Wow. Maybe your belly is just ready to make room this time around? I agree that you look adorable!

I also have been nonstop HUNGRY with this pregnancy v. unable to eat with my pregnancy with DS. Hmmm...

If you're 6'1" and 121lbs, I'm surprised you don't look even bigger. I'm 5'2" and would kill to weigh anywhere near 121lbs. Between you being so very thin, and this being your fourth pregnancy, I'm not surprised AT ALL you look so big.

Don't know if this will help but I am 20 weeks pregnant with twins. I genuinely had no clue I was expecting two until my nuchal fold scan at 12 weeks and it was a total shock. No early +ve test, HCG levels within normal singleton range (just had one to "prove" I was pregnant), no family history or any other risk factor, nothing that made me think there was anything out of the ordinary.

I did not have particularly bad morning sickness, more that I just couldn't eat and lost weight (I still have only gained about 3-4lbs total) but I was (and still am) EXHAUSTED. I just thought that it was the fact that I was looking after two other children and working and being pregnant rather than anything different with the pregnancy. I was also BF DD2 at the time and thought that it was just "doing too much"...this pregnancy was conceived on my first PP AF after DD2 (took 13 months for AF to come back following her pregnancy).

But looking back (to eventually answer your question !) my fundal height was definitely higher with this pregnancy. I started to wear maternity jeans at about 9 weeks and had commented to DH that I *thought* I could feel my uterus from about 9-10 weeks just above my pubic bone. I dismissed it thinking I was not feeling the right thing and I didn't look particularly pregnant....at that stage (9-10 weeks) it was probably 1cm above my pubic bone and then about 1 cm below my belly button at the 12 week scan. That is probably the only noticable difference with this pregnancy...my fundal height is higher (about 27 weeks at 20 weeks pregnant) rather than looking massively "pregnant" (more than any other female at the same stage). I have photos if you are interested in the size with this pregnancy?

Don't know if this helps any? Can't wait to hear the results of any scans
