It's been almost 6 years since I had Thomas, so I don't know how many of you would actually remember me. I don't see a lot of familiar names so far. So I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Deb. Mom to 5 awesome kiddos, with #6 due October 8. I had a bumpy road along the way with 3 losses since Thomas. I also adopted 2 kiddos, one of which has special needs and is currently residing in the ICU. However, I am now almost 14 weeks pg, and I've seen the baby on the u/s, heard the hb on the doppler at the m/w office, and felt it move once or twice, so I'm feeling pretty confident that this one is going to stick. I'm having nausea that comes and goes on a daily basis, pretty much all day long. Last two pg, I had m/s the whole 9 months, so I'm not terribly optimistic that things will be any better this time around. I'll just deal with it. Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and having another fabulous natural birth. I will be having this baby at the same birthing center where Thomas was born, though in many ways I wish I could do a home birth.
