info on hibiclens as alternative for antibiotics for GBS
This blog post summarizes some studies on hibiclens (chlorhexidine) wash for GBS colonization. I know it's not something that most hospital providers are going to support at this point, but I do find the studies good to know about.

I have never tested +, but my midwife also mentioned something about using a tampon soaked in lavender oil and some other herbals. Lavender is a good bacteria fighter, so I guess it would work.

There's a lot of good info on hibiclens - my SIL uses it while pregnant & has always had good results.
