Those facts are scary. I posted them on my fb awhile back and it caused quite an uproar. lol.

Yeah, I'm curious what the reaction of my friends on FB will be too. One guy friend already posted "...And they will continue to get our money. Epidural FTW!"
I'm walking a dangerous line posting there since I'm trying not to really announce that I'm having a homebirth.

I took the B.S. comments in stride. They can shove their crap opinions up their hoo-ha. DH and I "trapped" our parents here one afternoon and made them watch BOBB. My MIL "Felt better about it" after watching.
My mom still thinks it's stupid. She is the most negative person I have EVER met in my life though.

I've been posting little tidbits now and then on my fb status about VBAC's and such. I'm going to put some of the stuff from this site on there and see what kind of a stir I can get. I like stirring the pot though and pushing people out of their comfort zone, my mom says I'm too good at it

Yup. I especially LOVE LOVE LOVE when people put any links to crap without Snopesing first. I have an EXTREMELY right-winged friend that posts EVERY anti-Obama thing she can find. Problem with this is that most of it is 100% untrue or only a little bit true. I have a large variety of people on my friends list, so their political party doesn't matter, but for the love of Pete, verify what you are posting.

Mindie, we should be friends. I can't tell you how many times I've responded to a lame anti-obama thing with just a snopes link. There are plenty of legit reasons not to like the guy, based on your beliefs (though I'd love to debate any one of them)... why do people have to make crap up?
Hey, and be nice to Ben (my friend on FB)... he's a very nice guy, really. Even if he seems to love epidurals.
