Thread: May I join?

Hello, I am a long time lurker, my daughter introduced me to PO in July 2006 during her pregnancy and I have been interested in joining in ever since then. I am currently a doula in training, have had 3 births of my own, 2 of which were natural births, and have been present at the births of 3 of my grandchildren, the last of which was a VBAC. I would love to be a member of this board, I have been rooting for all you ladies for a while and would love to be out of lurkdom, if it is ok with you all.

Can't imagine why not! Sounds like a perfect match to me. The more experience and input the better. (And the more Grandmothers the better too. )

Please do join! I'm a doula-in-training also, though once I get my doula and childbirth educator certifications, I'm probably going to focus mostly on childbirth education for a while until all of my own babies don't need me as much.
