Has anyone seen it?
What is the consensus?

I saw it, it was good but not great. I may have set my expectations too high. I understand the filmmaker wanted the film to be about babies and not their families, but a baby without a lot of parental interaction... I guess it was just kind of lacking soul. You saw more baby/mommy fun in the credits than in the whole film.
I actually really liked it. Saw it with some girlfriends, we laughed & coo'ed (and had a few head.desk moments) during the movie. We probably annoyed those few in the theater with us lol

I thought it was interesting -- my mom, sister and I saw it for Mother's Day.
I said at the time, it was like watching home movies from 4 different families around the world. There is almost zero dialog. But what was interesting is how they compared the families without saying anything. In the African family, the baby essentially is free-range, doing things we'd never let a baby of that age do. The Mongolian/Chinese (?? I can't recall now where he was from) baby was similar, but the Japanese and American babies were scheduled and supervised, and you did at times wonder which was best.
It's probably not worth going to the movies for, but a great rental movie.
I thought the little mongolian boy was hilarious, and the tantrums that the little chinese girl did w/ the wooden toys made me laugh. The American family kinda bugged me, not sure why. They seemed to be more German than American to me though (that's not why they bugged me, to be clear). My favorite, even though they were all sweet, was the little African girl. She was adorable.
