Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself a bit and start being involved in the threads over here. My name is Katie, I'm 31 years old. I have been married to my DH since 2006, and we had a little girl, "the Poohs", in 2007, at home with a CNM. It was a great experience! We've been wanting to get pregnant again very badly, and for awhile felt it may not be in our future. I had let it go emotionally for awhile, and then I started feeling hopeful again, and very shortly after that we got a BFP, which was such a pleasant shock! We recently found out we're having a little boy. He is due 06/07. I delivered my DD at 42 weeks, so I am not sure how long I'll go this time. I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow. We have the same midwife this time, whom I absolutely love and feel so comfortable with.
I feel pretty good, besides morning sickness and some heartburn. With Poohs, my morning sickness lasted until about 24 weeks or so, but it was not intense, and I didn't throw up very often. This time it has been much worse and I've thrown up a lot. The heartburn is totally new for me, I am not enjoying it! I plan to talk to my chiropractor about it when I go in to see him in a few weeks. I am seeing him about once a month during the pregnancy.
I am looking forward to getting to know all of you, and I hope you get top have the natural births that you want to have!
Welcome. Check out the stickies for information on getting a lodge when it is time for the birth. I hope the m/s gets better for you.

Welcome! Sorry about the morning sickness. I had it really bad with my first and not so bad with the next two. I've been seeing a chiropractor through this whole pregnancy too and I can't recommend it enough to others, it makes so much difference!
