OP?

Ok I know that she's OP and I keep being asked if my back hurts during contractions, which strangely they don't. From everything I've read that's the primary sign of an OP baby and if it wasn't for the u/s pic of looking up her nose I'd say she wasn't OP. So far all my contractions have been like with DS, low in the pelvic region with intense cramping. Could this be an indication that I won't get the OP back labor? Or could I still get it? Could it just be a sign that she's turned (though it doesn't feel like it)? I'm just trying to sort it all out.

my first son was OP and i never had any back discomfort beforehand or back labor during. i never had much more than braxton hicks prior to labor with him though.

I had my first OP and don't really remember a whole heck of a lot of back pain, just a darn hard time pushing (2 hours)... that being said we all have a bit of amnesia when it comes to previous births LOL... its best we don't remember it all perfectly!

DD was OP and I never had "back pain". I knew in advance that she was probably OP and the biggest confirmation was that I had double peak contractions while in labor. I would have a normal contraction but rather than die off it would come partially down in intensity then go back up and peak again. The nurse told me that is classic OP.
