    Default Where you feel/see hiccups

I seem to remember reading something about being able to tell baby's position by where the hiccups are...Is this true? Righ now I can see them at mydiaphragm...

i feel hiccups down low and most kicks and other movement up high... typically if you notice the hiccups high, that would mean breech...whereas hiccups down low would likely be head down.

Toward the end I felt hiccups both low and high if he got them really bad. Earlier they were just low.

DS had hiccups a lot during the 3rd trimester and I always freaked out because I never felt them low where most say you do if baby is head down. I always felt them at my belly button or higher. But he never moved out of his head down position, so I guess I felt his little bottom shake or his back?

I am so fat I can't tell what's what...I try to feel baby parts myself, but I can't make it out. And I kinda feel hiccups everywhere.

Me too...I can tell when she flips because, well, it's a pretty distinct sensation, but I can't be sure which end is up, although my doc never has a problem lol!

I'm pretty sure this guy is still breech, and yesterday he had hiccups and I felt them up high, below my left rib cage. A couple weeks ago I was feeling them low, and the midwife then said she thought he was head down. I think he's still flipping around a lot too. DS as far as I know was always head down, and I always felt his hiccups low.
