Yay it is finally time for my lodge!!!!! So excited!!

You rock if you can make it through this lengthy start to my lodge. lol (if you read my last intro in my last lodge this part will be somewhat of a repeat)

I will start with my first birth. When I first got pregnant with my son I had decided that we would most likely use the free-standing birth center that I had toured while in nursing school. Then I got scared that something would go wrong and instead of talking with more people I just decided we better birth at our local small town hospital (the same hospital I was born at and only 3 miles from my house). The OB practice had 2 OBs both who were fairly young ( a male and female). My hubby and I took a birth class series at the birth center called “Empowered Childbirth” for people who wanted a natural birth but were going to be in a hospital. Through the class I learned about Doulas and we hired one that also worked at the birth center. I was very prepared to go past my due date I had just graduated nursing school a month prior and had scheduled to take my nursing boards for 2 days prior to my EDD since there was NO WAY I would go early. Well Tuesday morning (4 days before my EDD) I woke up at 8am all wet. My first thought was that I had peed the bed, which I was very surprised about (I am not a bed wetter lol) So I walk 10 feet to our bathroom, pull my pants down and GUSH out pours a lot more nice and clear amniotic fluid. I was just so shocked that this was all happening! I was not having any cramps or anything at this point. My first thought was oh crap now my water broke and I am on the “clock”. I first called my mom and said, “I think my water broke”. Her response was “well did it?” and of course as water is still gushing out of me with every movement it had! She told me that 1. I need to call my husband (lol) and 2. I need to call the OB to let them know. I told her there was no way I was calling them because I knew they would tell me to come right in and I was NOT going to do that. She understood but still honestly thought I should call. I called my husband, who was as shocked as I was! He was very excited to get to leave work.
The next call was to our doula who asked about the fluid and movements and contractions. I let her know at this point I was very worried because I felt like I was on the clock and had not had one single contraction yet. She assured me everything would be fine, my body knew what to do and to keep her posted. My husband came home and the cramps/contractions started. They were very light for a while. Around 2:00ish they had become much stronger and I wanted the doula’s help. My husband called her and she came about a ? hour later, she brought a doula in training with her as well. Right before she got there I started to think we needed to go to the hospital, thankfully my husband told me to just wait until she got there to see what she thought. As soon as she walked in the door I felt immediate relief and calmness. I then felt bad that we had already called her as it seemed I was handling it much better. I then rotated between the birth ball, the couch, walking, and the bath. Around 6:30pm I started to feel like I needed to throw up and was having a lot of bloody show, and decided that it was time to go. My husband called all the family members to let them know we were headed in.

The 3 mile drive to the hospital was NOT fun! I was in transition and a car is not a good spot for that! As soon as I got there it was like mass chaos. It was shift change and they were obviously not used to a mom being as vocal as me. I got checked right away and was 10cm and fully effaced! I was so elated and just starting crying saying “I did it” This caused even more panic. They raced to get a Hep lock in (I refused IV fluids) and got the room ready. I still felt NO urge to push. Thankfully the doula intervened and asked the doctor if I could just have more time to let my body find that urge. I was able to walk around the room but nothing was happening. I tried pushing on the toilet and in squatting position but with no urge it was near impossible. The OB then came into the room and asked me if I would let them give me PITOCIN because my contractions had “spaced out” (which is NORMAL!) This when I am 10 cm and trying to push! I told her NO because I was at my pain threshold and that would send me over, her next great idea was I get an Epidural. I said NO WAY, I made it this far and wasn’t going to be doing that. So I got on the bed into the dreaded semi-reclined position and started pushing as hard as I could. The nurse tried to put a O2 mask on me, which I grabbed and threw on the floor (lol). Finally after 2 hours and me having to refuse a episiotomy my 8lb 15oz boy, Ethan was brought into the world at 10:30pm, after a 14.5 hour labor! He was placed on my chest right away. I had 2nd degree tearing and the doc stitched it up (OUCH!). I was able to BF right away and my family all came in shortly after. All in all it wasn’t a horrible experience for a hospital birth but I knew as soon as I had him that we would NEVER do a hospital birth again.

Oh and I forgot to add that when they asked me about when my water broke I told them “ a couple hours ago” lol

I had a TON of pain for about 10 weeks when nursing, which I think had to do with my flat nips. I cried a lot and wanted to give up several times but I stuck it out and ne nursed until 18 months and only gave up then because my milk supply had diminished so much from being preggo with #2. Insert LOLA!

Here is the link to Lola's birth story. She was born at a free-standing birth center that is about 30 miles from us. This is the same place that we had taken the birth classes at for Ethan's birth.

Now for this pregnancy,

I really really really wanted a homebirth this time. The midwives at the birth center are more than willing to do that for us. The only problem is my husband is finishing building our "forever" home and it it literally taking him forever! lol He is an electrician by trade but has taught himself how to pretty much do everything else and he is basically doing the whole thing on his own. He started the house when Lola was about 5 months old (she will be 2 next month). He is SO SO SO close to being done but it is so close that we may be moving in hours before I go into labor or even worse in the first weeks after baby is born. So I had to cancel the HB and we will again use the birth center, which is no big deal because I LOVE it there so much and it is like home to us.

This pregnancy has been super easy, I do get heart palpitations here and there but that is the only bad thing that has happened. I am still running 3-4 miles at least 4 times/week and just overall feel great. I honestly want to go overdue a bit so we have more time to maybe be in the new house. Another crazy thing is my hubby is going on a mission trip with a group from our church (we are non-denominational Christian) to Matalzan Mexixo for 1 week and he leaves on 2/25!! Only 10 days after my EDD! lol We both agreed that he should go on this trip so I am not stressed at all about having a new baby and him being gone for 1 week. My family all lives close to us and will help at any time so it should be fine. The only stressor is if I do go overdue I will worry that it will prevent him being able to go. I told him that as long as I don't go past 8 days over than it should be fine. I don't think I will go over that far but I really have no idea what my body will want to do!

I am hoping to have my kiddos at this birth as well as my mom and possibly (if I am feeling nice) my MIL. As long as the time of day works and everything my son really wants to see the baby under the water "swimming" as he says. We have watched several water-births and they have both looked at the 200+ pics that I have from Lola's birth. I am sop hoping it works out for them to be there! We will see though, I may feel differently when the time comes.

Oh another fun thing about this pregnancy is that 2 of my IRL friends are pregnant and both due 1 week after me!!

Here is a pic from yesterday at 36 weeks even,

Wow, Marcia, you are ALL belly! I was wondering what was going on with your birthing space, because I knew you wanted a home birth, but then you changed your siggy to just "natural birth". I'm glad you feel so comfortable with your choices though. That is great!

You are an inspiration with your running. Tell the truth... how different is it to run with that big belly? Seems like it would be quite a change.

Yeah I am very bummed about not being able to do the HB. We are renting a house currently and it is just too far from the birth center 45 minutes and the closest hospital is just too far away for me to feel ok. Plus it is just not home to me and I wouldn't feel comfortable. Anyway it sucks that I will never get my HB as this is my last pregnancy.
As for the running it is very different running with a big belly. I wear a support belt thing to help but I can only stand it on for about half the run. Now that ai am so far along by bladder is really taking a beating. I really do enjoy it though! My plan as long as it isn't too cold and icy is to do a super bowl 5k which is on 2/5 ( 10 days b4 my due date).

thank you for sharing your stories. i can so see why you went with the birthing center after your first experience, how annoying of them to suggest pit when you were 10cm! not all babies just slide out, good gracious! Lola's birth story is beautiful! and seriously, you look amazing! Sorry you are not going to be able to have a homebirth but it's awesome that you have the birth center where you feel so comfortable and are so well supported. I hope it works out for you to have the kids with you. If you go into labor during the night do they have a room where your mom could bring them and let them sleep until it's time to welcome baby?

Yeah the doula had never heard a doc suggest pit and an epi to a mom that was 10cm and pushing! It was just so insane! Honestly I think she wanted to just punch her! Lol

Yes they do have a bed where the kiddos could sleep I just don't think they would actually sleep and therefore be tired/cranky and I don't think I could deal with that while in labor! Lol I am am going to feel so bad though if ethan misses the birth since I know he will be upset since I have talked about him being there this whole time (yeah guess that was not good on my part!) Lola is only 2 so she wont know the difference. That is another reason I am so sad about not having the homebirth because it makes this so much more complicated! I need to just not worry about and let things flow but it is hard.

i know you know your kids and you have to do what works but is Ethan close and comfortable with either your mom or your mil? maybe you could set it up to where Ethan could go and then snuggle with one of the grandma's in the other room until babe is making his/her appearance. idk just a suggestion. My hubs explained to the kids that mommy will push the baby out so mine keep asking if I've pushed him out yet hehe. it's really fun to see what the kids understand and the questions they ask. Does Lola play with baby dolls? is she showing interest/excitement for her new sibling?

Marcia, we've just had to change our birthing plans as well, from doing at "a home" to doing it at my midwife's office (which she has apparently just set up as a small birth center). We just made the decision in the last couple days, and I am feeling a little more at peace that we have a solid plan that should work for everyone involved, but at the same time, I am also mourning not being able to have exactly what I wanted. But, I think this will be better. Anyway... my mom is in charge of my DD while I'm in labor, and who knows what that will mean- especially now that we'll be at the birth center. Beni will be *just* two at the time, so I'm not really attached to her being there or not, but, anyway... I just get how there is a lot that swirls around in your mind about all these topics, and it's hard to not think about it all the time!

Thanks for sharing your birth stories! I really enjoyed reading them. That is so awesome that you are still running this late in the game! And that you are doing a run in the next 2 weeks. You go! I can imagine that it takes a toll on your bladder for sure. I'm so sorry your 'forever' home won't be ready in time for this birth but your birth center sounds like an amazing place as well. My DH is also an electrician so now I'm totally going to be suggesting to him that he too should build us our next house! That will be so special when it is finished and I hope it happens before LO arrives so that you can feel more settled.

I hope your son is able to be there for the birth. Things will all work out so try not to stress about it. Can't wait to follow the rest of your journey!

"Full term" today, I ran 3 miles this morning to celebrate! Cannot believe I am already 37 weeks, this pregnancy has flown by! I am really hoping this babe stays put for at least another 3 weeks, as I really want my hubby to get more work done on our house.
I had a prenatal appt today and everything is looking great!! Babe is head down but not engaged or anything. BP was super low as usual and I did the gbs swab. Heart rate was in the 130s but I am still thinking this a girl and honestly hoping it is. We have a girl name (Teagan Zo?) but NOTHING for a boy and we cannot agree on the circ issue. I DO NOT want to do it but my hubby is like dead set on it. Our son is circd and that is part of his reasoning to do this one (if it is a boy). I literally feel sick about the whole thing :(I. I just don't see how we are going to come to an agreement. Ugh!

Glad to hear you had a good appt yesterday.

Sorry to hear you and hubs are at a standstill on the circ issue. That is such a tough one. How did it happen for your first? Did you DH watch? Can you insist on him being the one to have to handle it all and attend it, if it's going to happen (assuming it has to be an extra appt, since you're birthing at the BC). At the minimum, if he wants it so badly, he should handle it all. But, I hear ya... my heart would be breaking for my baby boy. Super tough situation. Sad

With our first I never even thought about not having it done (i know that is horrible!). Neither of us went with Ethan when they took him to have it done. I honestly don't even remember much about it. I do however remember how horrible Ethan felt when he came back and how hard it was to get him to nurse for the rest of that day, poor kid was in so much pain Sad

The problem is that Garrett (hubby) says that he WILL handle it all. Now that is easier said then done so I am not counting on anything really happening. We are trying to finish our house and he is so stressed right now that I am hoping that the last thing on his mind is setting up an appt to go have this done. I didn't think our Doc (who is actually the husband of a greenhouse midwife, who is now retired) even did the circs but apprarently he does and prefers to do them in the first week if possible. So I would HAVE to go with them to do this because the baby will have to nurse and I am told that they keep baby in office for at least 2 hours to make sure bleeding is controlled. Anyway it is just a mess and very frustrating because my husband won't even consider that this is a useless procedure. He thinks just because he has a Penis he can decide which I don't think is fair at all.

Glad your appt went well! It's awesome that your are still running! I am so sorry you and hubs aren't agreeing on the circ decision that would be very frustrating. Hope your guys are able to come to a peaceful agreement on that. Anything big left on your to do list?

Yay for a good appt. and hitting the full term mark! That is hard when you both have different views on the circ. issue. Hope you are able to help him understand your side. You have to keep us posted on house progress as well. Are you guys starting to pack up everything at your current place to get ready for the move?

Yeah I am hoping that once this baby is born we can come to an agreement (ie I get my way lol). Well we are sorta already packed. We sold our previous house back in October and have been renting a house since then. We only moved the bare nessecities to the house we are renting everything else is in storage. The bad thing is all the baby stuff is at the storage unit and I was SURE we would be in the new house before his/her arrival but that is not looking likely so I am going to have to go find it all and move it and then shortly after that move it again! It is so annoying but nothing I can do about it. I will just be so glad to finally be in the new house and NEVER have to do this moving/renting thing again! I will be most excited to actually have a husband again! For the past 20 months this house has taken over his life and he has hardly been home. It is getting old! lol

First the non-pregnancy related stuff- Ethan turned 4 yesterday! We don't do big parties or anything (yet) We had dinner and cake at my moms for both the kids (Lola turns 2 this week) on Saturday night. Ethan got a Leap pad which he LOVES! I can see it being a very nice thing for long car rides. Lola got more stuff for her baby doll. She now has a changing table, high chair, cradle, stroller, and many outfits/bottles. She is all set to be a little momma Smile Oh and the cutest thing, I tell her how do you feed baby, where is the milkies? and she lifts her shirt and nurses. I just LOVE it! Smile She then will tell me she wants milkies but she never actually does it. It will be interesting to see what she does when baby is here.

As for the pregnancy. I still feel awesome! I do wake up a trillion times a night to roll over and have to go pee every 20 minutes but besides that I really can't complain. I am getting very anxious to see what this little baby is! We have made great progess on having a boy name. We are down to Weston, Corbin, Cohen, Mason and my FAVE Grayson. We will use Walter as the middle name since it is my hubby's middle name as well as my FIL name. Oh and one minor detail that we have put off is the fact we do NOT have a car that can fit our family of 5! lol We are trying to sell my Prius right now and get a van but of course it isn't happening quickly. My brother is supposed to be buying our car but he has to get the loan approved and everything so who knows when that will all happen.

Oh wow! I hope the car situation gets handled quickly! It would suck to not be able to go anywhere in one car together for a while!

Happy birthdays to your other kiddos! Smile Do you guys have a good reason you get pregnant around the same time every year you do get pregnant? Wink

Funny about your DD nursing her baby doll... my DD hasn't shown any such interest yet... and in fact, seems a little obsessed with bottles! She's never had one herself, but, she sees her cousin get bottles of BM when he's over. She found the ONE bottle we own in a closet the other day, and she's been walking around sucking on it ever since. (Well, actually, I took it away from her, and put it in a high cupboard, so that game is over now!) Anyway... it's super cute when little girls (and boys!) nurse their dolls... your daughter is adorable I bet!

Yeah the whole car situation is totally annoying but it is our own fault for waiting this long to do something about it. My mom will help out with a car if we still don't have one when the time comes so I am tryinng not to stress about it too much.

Ok so I have changed my mind on wanting to go past my due date since I now know for sure our house will not be in time for baby's arrival, lol. I am getting anxious to meet this baby and see what labor will be like this time around! I was watching Youtube videos of water births with my kids and it is gettting me very excited and a litle scared at the same time! One video we watched the mom hardly made a peep so I my goal is to do it just like that! lol Seeing how I haven't had a single contraction or lost any bit of mucous plug I think I still have a while, which is ok too.

Here is a pic from the other day of Lola nursing her baby Smile

Nope it just ends up working out that way! I get my period back (about 15 months PP) and then get pregnant the very next month. So come May/June 2013 we need to be super careful! lol

38 weeks today!!

My friend who is due 1 week after me and who is also using the birth center but having a homebirth this time is having her home visit appt this Friday so since we live so close by each other the midwife is just going to do my prenatal appt at her house too! This particular midwife also does photography as a hobby and is going to take some belly pics of us too Smile It should be a whole lot of fun! After that I am getting a prenatal massage. So it will be an awesome day!

So friday was wonderful!! I am way excited about the maternity pics my midwife did. She did a million different ones and had lots of cool fabrics to use and cool ideas. My appt went well bp is great and babys head is now much lower into my pelvis. She is however a little concerned with the amt of heart palpiations I am getting. I seem to get them almost daily and when at work they are the worst (I only work 3 days/week). We have an EKG machine at work and I had a med assistant do one on me and it swssas normal besides showing the PVCs I am having. So anyway I am not really concerned as I had them with my daughters pregnancy as well just not as much as I am now. so I did some extra lab work to check my magnesium, potassium and a cbc to make sure I am not anemic (I know i am not). Of course since Thursday I have had zero palpitations! Might be due to the heavenly relaxing prental massage I had!

Now for the very unpleasant news. My kids yesterday in the middle of the afternoon suddenly came down with a stomach flu at the SAME time! Oh and we were at my dads celebrating their birthdays, he lives about an hour from us. So here we are at his house and they are barfing. I felt so bad! My dad has 4 little kids (6 year old twins and 3 year old twins, yea crazy I know!) I pray they don't get sick. So the very very unpleaseant news is after we got home (he a car ride in which both kids barfed). I started to feel a little crappy. Well then it hit full force and I barfed all night and had terrible diarrhea. Just tried drinking some water and it didn't take long before it came up. Sad the worst part is I am STARVING but I know what eating is gonna do to me and it isn't worth it. So anyway please send all the get healthy vibes you can and also throw in some baby STAY IN vibes. I need to get hydrated before this labor starts!

Oh no, the flu is the worst. I'm so sorry that you are all so sick. Not that its good but at least everyone will get it at once in your house and you won't be dealing with numerous outbreaks over the next few days. That is the worst to be hungry too and not be able to keep anything down. Hope you DH is still well and able to help take care of you and the kids. And fingers crossed that LO stays put until you are all well.

So sorry to hear about the heart problems as well. Glad you were able to check them out at work and see that they were nothing to be worried about. I'm glad that your awesome friday helped to keep them at bay. Maybe they are stress related? Either way you should get wonderful relaxing massages all the time to help out the situation Biggrin

I hope the flu has passed quickly and now you have lots of time to recoup and get rehydrated! Are you close with your kids and your dads kids close? it would be kinda neat, I would guess they would be raised more like cousins than aunts and uncles...:)

Yes we are close with my Dad and his kids. It is a very cool relationship that my kids and his kids have. It is definitely like a cousin realtionship and not Aunts and Uncle. Smile They all have so much fun together.

The sickness has finally left our home! Thank God! That was just horrible! I am glad to be past it now and I feel 100% better today just because I took a shower, put on real clothes and makeup for work today! I am now all ready to go into labor!! Smile I rehydrated all day yesterday to prepare. I have started to get some uncomfortable cramps/contractions on and off since yesterday morning. Nothing consistent or anything but still I feel encouraged. Still haven't lost any plug or anything. I haven't had a single heart palpitation since last Thursday so I am very happy about that!

What do your heart palpitations feel like? I think I had those with my first pregnancy...but I didn't know how to describe them or what to call them. I'm glad you haven't had any in any case! Smile

Glad you're all ready, and starting to have some signs... could be any time! Smile

Yes my plan is to work up until I go into labor. My job really isn't too strenous or anything so it is better I work and save all my days off for after baby. I only will get about 5.5 weeks paid (using all my vacay and sick time), I will be using FMLA to take a total of 10 weeks.

What do your heart palpitations feel like? I think I had those with my first pregnancy...but I didn't know how to describe them or what to call them. I'm glad you haven't had any in any case! Smile

Glad you're all ready, and starting to have some signs... could be any time! Smile

For me heart palps feels like my heart "skips a beat" like I sit and feel my pulse and about every 20 beats it will be like one beat is absent. I get a flutter feeling in my throat as well. When I get them I get them all day long. They are not painful but super annoying and make me feel a litte anxious which then makes them worse.

Last night I ran 3 miles and this morning my pelvis hurts bad! I probably shouldn't have run quite as long or as fast as I did. I am going to the chiropractor today so hoping she can fix me up. I also have my 39 week appt today Smile

I hope the visit to your chiropractor helps with the pelvic pain. I wanted to say that you look fantastic in that belly pic you posted. I'm glad everyone in the house is feeling better. I think it's crazy that you are running at this stage in pregnancy, I'm only 31 weeks and feel like I can barely walk half the time, forget running! :notworthy:

Hope the Chiro today works wonders for you pelvis. Wow, 3 miles, that is a lot of running at 39 weeks!!! Good idea to save up days at work for after baby arrives. I kind of like working until the end so that it keeps my mind off of obsessing about when baby will come.

The pain is much better but am waddling REALLY bad now!! I know I have to take it much easier with the running. It is like I get this obessive thing when I step on the treadmill I want to do at least 3 miles and I have a certain pace I want to maintain. It is really stupid but it is like my brain won't let me get off the dumb thing or just walk!

My 39 week appt went well. GBS is negative, all my blood work (that they ordered for the palpitations) came back normal and I am measuring about 36cm. I am getting very annoyed that I haven't lost ANY plug yet! I know it is stupid but it makes me feel like labor is so far away. Obviously I could lose plug later today and end up having a baby tonight but to me not seeing any of it is now getting discouraging! I really can't complain though because overall I feel great and am sleeping fairly well too. I am very prepared to go over so I am trying not to stress and just enjoy every last minute as this is my last pregnancy (*tear*).

Here is a pic from yesterday, 39 weeks

You look great!
I'm glad the pain is better today. And yay for a good appt. yesterday. I forgot that you said you run on a treadmill. I was wondering if all the neighbors were amazed to see a 39 week preg. lady running past their house...lol.

Totally try to enjoy your last few days of your last pregnancy. I know its hard not to get impatient but it will happen much sooner than later this far in the game.

You really do look great! All belly though! Wow! Smile I remember when my shirts would hang open like that at the bottom. My guess is that you are VERY CLOSE! Smile

Are you or DH planning on doing anything permanent after this kid BC wise? I know I'm not that far from having to say, "this is my last" myself, but, I honestly can't imagine it. You're sad about it too... is it a financial decision, or just what you know is right, but still a tough decision to make?

Thanks! Yeah I am sure people would think I was a total nut if they saw me out on the street running. Lol

Thanks! Yea my shirts all hardly fit. If I didn't always have a spandex tank underneath everything I would show skin in half my clothes. I thought the full moon was gonna work its magic but nope!
I am not sure what we are gonna do BC wise. I am not going to take any sort of pill so my hubs will have to suck it up and wear condoms. We wont don anything permanent at this point. Garrett would go tomorrow and get the big V if I let him but I think 28 years old is just too young to do that. As far as #3I being our last it is a financial/my hubbys sanity reasoning behind it. My husband could not handle anymore chaos! Lol. Each day I feel better and better about being done having babies. Plus my plan is to go to school to be a CNM (as soon as the kiddies are in school full time) so I will get to be around preggos/birth/babies all the time then! Hoping that will fill my needs Smile

So now for more unpleasent news. As if it wasn't bad enough to get stomach flu at 9 months pregnant I now have pink eye in both eyes!! My kids must have brought it home from daycare this past week. My eyes are swollen/bright red/itch/hurt/feel like they are on fire/and full of goop! I mean seriously this isn't even fair! I got some antibiotic ointment and it is starting to get some what better but wow so annoying. On a much better note I am currently at my SIL hair salon getting my hair cut and highlighted so at least my hair will look good! Lol I would really prefer to keep the baby in another day or so for this to clear up. the midwives take a billion pics at the birth and the last thing I need is some crazy goopy eyes! Lol lol

Oh my goodness!!!! That is so not fair! I hope the pink eye clears up very quickly for you!

I agree with you that 28 seems young to make a permanent BC decision. Your family is so cute though...can't wait to see who you're about to add. And who knows, maybe you will get that, "Yes, this is IT!" feeling when you meet this little person. Smile

I can't believe you have pink eye now. What are the chances?!?! So not fair in the least. Hope it totally clears up quickly and doesn't spread to anyone else in your family.

Yeah, I agree that 28 is still way young to go get the big V even if you all have decided that this is your last. That will be so exciting to go back and get your CNM once all your LO's are in school full time.

So do you guys have some boys and girls names (or maybe even 'the' name) picked out for you suprise LO? You don't have to share the names at all. I'm totally having a hard time picking names for our little suprise. We 'think' we have a boy name picked out but haven't a clue when it comes to girl names other than a family middle name that we will use. There seems to be so much more to consider this time not knowing the gender for #3.

Well I am still pregnant and still trying to get rid of this stupid pink eye! I wills say it is 100% better than it was over the weekend but my eyes are still red and itch. I have had a little bit of mucous plug come out and do feel "crampy" from time to time but nothing consistant. If it is anything like my last 2 I won't have much of anything go on until I am acutally in labor. I have never had to guess when I am in acutal labor so that is good. I am still working (here right now) patients are pretty shocked when they ask me my due date and I say tomorrow! It is pretty funny. I have everything ready to go when it happens so now I just wait. I have an appt tomorrow and I am guessing I will make it to it. I mean I ran 2 miles last night and walked 1 mile and didn't feel a single thing after that! so I think this baby is nice and cozy inside and it may be a few more days.

As for names if it is a girl it will be Teagan and if it is a boy we are down to Grayson, Mason, Weston, Corbin. My fave is Grayson but my husband isn't in love with it, he likes Mason and Weston best. I am just hoping it is a girl and we don't have to think about it! lol

I bet that is funny to see the patients reactions when you say you are due tomorrow. Sounds like your body is getting ready though.

Bummer about the pink eye still. Have you tried using Similason or Hylands homeopathic eye drops in addition to your pink eye meds.? I love the similason ones and they really help with the itching/burning and help calm the redness down.

Love all the names! I had Grayson on the list for DS2 and my DH wasn't into it either. I think its totally cute.
