Yeah Sarah it's probably more of a pipe dream than what will be reality. Reality will probably be no one to watch the two little kids so they'll be running around screaming and it'll probably all happen around nap time so they'll be even more unruly and the water dept will have the water shut off for maintenance and the fedex man is pounding on the door or it'll be something as ridiculous LOL! But hey, at least there won't be anyone here I don't know already.

Are you telling me that you know the FEDEX man on a personal level? And you invited him to the birth?

Sorry I've been such a bad lodge stalker Christa. So busy here but been thinking about you a lot. Hope you are doing well and I'll try to check in more so I don't miss this exciting time.

I just love reading Clara's birth story. You are such a birth rock star! I can't wait to hear about your HBA2C this time around.

Oh don't worry about it, trust me I know what it's like to get insanely busy with LO's running you ragged. I never have time to chat anymore But at least I can keep up with you all on fb and see updates on LO's

Can I whine for a minute?! DD1's birthday is tomorrow, the big 14! She has requested we make this cake for her birthday. My blood sugars are getting so freaking hard to control the farther along I get, I'm not even going to be able to sniff this thing without raising my blood sugars to unmanageable heights. We started making part of it tonight and will finish the rest in the morning. It looks and smells divine thus far and I won't even be able to have a bite of it!!!! UGH!

You know, it says in the recipe to "let refrigerate for at least one day before eating". You could take that to mean "freezing will probably work fine", and put a piece in the freezer to thaw when you go into labour! Now THAT sounds like a GREAT plan!

And Happy birthday to your DD!

VERY GOOD IDEA! I definitely think it would freeze okay because all the parts to it freeze good individually. And if I freeze it and it doesn't work I'm not out anything anyway

The brownie part of it is sitting on my kitchen counter right now and it looks and smells so delicious, mmm!!

page 39 - their instructions (assuming it's a keyfit lol)

And WOO HOO that they solved the mix up. I'm sure it's a mental relief to know that if worst comes to worst that's one less thing you'll have to deal with.

And you mean most people don't know the UPS and FedEx men's names?! Eek. And we just got here in March....

Please insist on freezing a piece of cake for yourself! It'll be your "s/he is out and I can eat" reward!!! Man, that looks like a fantastic cake....
